Woodfield Manor - A Sundance Vacations Property

The location was rustic and woodsy. The property was well maintained, and the staff was superb. The Frogtown Chophouse on premises was an excellent bonus even though dinner is the only meal available. While this property is a bit out of the way, it was well worth the few miles off the beaten path and nestled on tree lined roadways.

The stairs from rear parking lot are way too narrow and can be tricky to navigate. Although a two-story building, no elevator nor bell services. However, would stay there again as a first choice.

I have been staying here for 6 years. It is very clean. The location is excellent to restaurants and shopping. It is beautiful and the pool was great. Met a lot of nice people from all over the world and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I could rave about this place but I am afraid it would get so popular we wouldn’t get a booking next time. It was so well looked after, nicely appointed and had a very relaxing atmosphere. We spent many hours relaxing on the porch just admiring the landscaping.

The restaurant was so noisy we would have left if we weren’t with friends.

The overall atmosphere was terrific. Staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. Although the cabins were smaller than I anticipated, the outside amenities made up for it all. Great for a couple or friends needing a little getaway. I am definitely coming back.

There was nothing to dislike. Everything about it was great

I think there could be more benches around the property. I found that besides the pool area there were no seating.

The staff made our trip special, I had proposed and the staff had upgraded our room to our own king suite with a fire place, accommodated a request for flowers and brought champagne the next day. It was nice and quiet too. I would definitely stay again!

Breakfast N/A ; the staff at Woodfield Manor were exceptional; we were a little warm the first night and requested a fan, the staff obliged us by providing a box fan .. also, we didnt see any vending machines so we asked the hostess at the Chophouse about soda .. they provided two sodas at no charge.. i have never stayed in accommodations where the staff were very very accommodating and hospitable.. it was a very pleasant stay.. will definitely return, maybe next time in the single cottages.

There is nothing we didnt like.

Staff was very friendly and helpful Loved the kiddy pool Rooms were nice, very clean We were two adults and two kids (one was in a pack and play) and the room did not feel small or crowded. Location is great

The bathrooms were very small, but really, can not think of anything We didn’t like :)

The hotel was comfortable, clean and cozy. Nice armor and staff was all friendly saying Good morning when they spotted guests.

The room didn't have a thermostat so it got a bit warm but opening a window took care of that.
