Staybridge Suites East Stroudsburg - Poconos, an IHG Hotel

The room was awesome and the bed was very comfortable. Having a stove top was a big plus. The staff was very friendly. The location was so near to the highway exit. You cannot get lost.

Not being able to have breakfast in the lounge due to the pandemic. Being the food was prepared already it was cold, not a big option. The pool was small. It looked much bigger in the picture.

The curb appeal was lovely, the location was quiet and peaceful. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, informative, and courteous. The parking lot, hotel and suite was very neat and clean and presented a friendly atmosphere. I truly recommend and will visit again in the future!

There was, and is, nothing negative to say at all. It was a great experience!

Everything was great. Loved that it was dog friendly as well.

Staff was always helpful. Breakfast was simple, but good. Shower was spaceous and water was warm. Kitchen are had everything you wou would need.

The pool was closed and we didnt know until we got there. We needed to switch rooms as the first room had hair all over the pillows and bed. Staff switched us rooms without asking questions. The bed wasnt the most comfortable.

Myself and my girlfriends stayed at Staybridge for a girl’s getaway weekend. We had a double suite with two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers and a small kitchen and living room and it was extremely spacious and beautifully updated. The location was easy to navigate to our planned adventures as it is right off of route 80. Masks were required in public spaces which wasn’t a big deal. The room was very clean and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast room looked decent and I wish it was fully operational but due to the restrictions we were able to grab a to-go bag. I’m not going to harp on the to-go breakfast because it is was it is. There are a lot of cute little places locally that serve a great breakfast as well. Overall, if I travel to the Stroudsburg area again, I’d definitely stay there without a second thought.

Nothing, I had a great experience

It was very comfortable, loved the kitchenette, plenty of space for my husband and I. Pool was relaxing the food was good even though we were only served very little because of covid-19. But that's understandable. Employees were very nice.

Everything was great except I found some little ants crawling on the night stand. There was also a small blood stain on one of my pillow cases. We told the house cleaner and she took care of it right away. We weren't able to eat breakfast indoors because the tables were closed off, but they only had two tables to eat outside. Our food would have been cold by the time we got back to our room.

I like that it had a stove , refrigerator, microwave and indoor pool

I didn’t like that they didn’t have pots to cook in to use the stove. They rules are very strict and there security staff is intimidating, also there wash cloths and towels are very hard fabric material.

Stayed here while visiting Bushkill Falls. For the price, our king suite was spacious, and clean. Each bed had it's own room and bathroom. I was also very happy it accommodated my son's dog. It's right off the highway too. The check in staff was friendly and it only took a few minutes. They even let us check in an hour early. I wish breakfast had more selection, but given the times, I appreciate the precautions they were taking. The grounds were a bit small to take a strolI, but there was a lovely preserve 5 minutes away we hiked several times a day. I would definitely book here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel and room were very clean, perfect sized pool.

The breakfast was a little underwhelming. The cold choices were ok, The hot choices leaved a little to be desired. The waffle makers were good, but the egg was inedible and there was only a sausage choice, could have used bacon as a choice.

The king suite was nice overall. Had a nicely done full kitchen and great shower. Staff were polite and courteous.

King bed was comfy, but the sofa bed was just ghastly! My poor adult daughter couldn't sleep for the rails holding up the so called mattress. She had to sleep curled up on the sofa, which was not much better. I also didn't like the fact that we couldn't control the A/C, because it was a bit too warm for us. Breakfast was just ok. Lastly, while I appreciated that they're pet friendly, I think a $50 pet fee for one night is ridiculous! Especially for a caged pet. I was told the pet fee was $50/wk, so then why wasn't it divided into a daily fee? Seems unfair to me.
