The touch panel to enter is by contact, not pressure, so it took as awhile to understand that. Some people also had issues and we all thought the code was wrong or the the panel was broken. But just placing your finger and waiting for the low beep and green light was enough.

The location was safe, modern, and not touristy but great for getting to all of the museums, and there were lots of places to eat nearby. It was also an easy 15-20 minute walk to Rittenhouse square area with tons of restaurants and bars. The room itself was nicely finished with a little kitchenette. The access code made it feel secure. The roof terrace was great. Overall I would definitely stay again knowing what to expect. I think it's good value for the price.

I was not allowed to do late checkout, even by an hour, but they wouldn't tell me until the day before, meaning I had to cancel a meeting at the last minute to check out. There are no humans to talk to at the facility - you communicate with remote staff through the Sonder app via chat which is "always available" but kind of annoying to work with a different stranger every time you try to contact them. The room could have been a bit cleaner but was pretty good overall. The mobile key didn't work so I had to type in the long access code a million times which got a bit annoying, and was a little nerve-wracking to need one in the elevator.

Loved the city view, spectacular at night. Large private outdoor area overlooked the city skyscrapers. Spacious apartment with great kitchen area. Good location, supermarket over the road and bottle store right at the door. Relatively quiet neighbourhood . Handy to bus stop for easy commute to central city.

Furniture a bit tired throughout. Bed was firm, but ok. Aircon very loud in bedroom - earplugs supplied presumably for this reason.

The property was clean and inside the rooms were gorgeous, the big windows over the city view was awesome. We had everything we needed in the room and if we ran out there were extras of everything in the lobby. We used the luggage storage for part of the day we had to check-out, it was simple and we felt safe locking our belongings up with their system.

The front door is hard enough to open that we ran into another couple who thought their codes and keys weren’t working. It turns out they just had to pull the door really hard, but it was definitely misleading.

Great location. Very spacious, clean and tidy. Well equipped for self catering. We felt safe staying here.

There are no blinds for the floor level windows and we were woken early every day by the bright sunshine coming into the room but more importantly the floor level windows overlook the neighbouring roof garden...due to the hot weather there were people on the garden terrace every evening until late and they could clearly see us in our apartment as we could clearly see them. I felt the apartment lacked privacy at night.

We were happy with the location. It was in walking distance to museums, restaurants, and had a Target and Starbucks next door. The room was clean.

It was the hardest mattress I've ever tried to sleep on. It felt like I was sleeping on a board. Also, the room was smaller/a different layout than the pictures on the booking site. This is stated on the website, and the room was perfectly fine for our stay, but I wish they were more upfront about what you are getting.

This is a great space and very convenient location! The lockers in the lobby allowed us to store or luggage prior to check-in was extremely well thought out. Couple of issues... elevator code would not work when time to check in. 2nd-complaint is the lower set of widows, rights across from the roof deck of neighboring building allowing no privacy, and hard to sleep with all the light coming in from them at night. Easy fix: Install blinds on the lower set of windows.

the location was great- near museums and easy paid parking nearby. we liked the space

the hallways were very dingy, very damaged carpet and marked up walls, no art or anything nice - paint was coming off the walls and cheap and dirty carpet peeling off the floor, walls very thin and noisy. the apartment didn’t have any decor and there were puddles on the floor and paint peeling off around the windows after it rained - I would give it 3.5 stars out of 5

The apartment’s windows sold me on the place—tons of light when you want it, easily shaded when you don’t. All the amenities were great. The luggage lockers (free) were very useful, and the directions to enter were easy. The location is steps away from the Barnes Foundation and the Rodin Museum, and just around the corner from a great breakfast place, Sabrina’s, and several small restaurants. Great walking location. Did I mention the terrific wine/liquor store at street level? We picked up a couple of great bottles to take to our friends for dinner.

If you like traditional furniture, this isn’t the place for you; functional modern.

Absolutely Class. Our home for three days. Spacious and very comfortable. Everything was spotless. Everything you needed was to hand. Electrical stuff, fridge freezer, washer, dryer etc was better than the ones I have at home. Rooftop garden was incredible Definitely 100% recommend this place
