We had a problem on check in. They gave us a king bed instead of two queens. That won't work for a family! Unfortunately, this was 2 am and we were very tired. They corrected it right away.
We arrived at 2 am and tried to get some sleep, so we woke up a bit later than normal. They stopped serving breakfast at 10:00 am on a Saturday! And 9:30 during the week. Why? If you arrive late, you'll sleep right through breakfast. That was disappointing.

Everything was great I am so glad I went there I never been to a Fairfield inn before and the staff there is amazing.. they talk to me ask how I was doing make sure I had enough to eat , towels and safe.. they treated me like a queen… mr. Leon, ms. Veronica, ms. Lauren, ms. Tosha, ms. Raven . Breanna, Kevin.and katlyn.. I love you all God bless you all

The breakfast was okay they had different things you could have chosen and the coffee was always fresh..
I love everything about the place the staff was outstanding mr. Leon , Mrs. Veronica, ms. Lauren, ms. Tosha, ms. Raven, they was so nice they all treated me like a queen , I never received such love from a establishment like this before.. God Bless them all and please don’t never change

When I called to ask about the availability of breakfast and the pool (during the pandemic), I was not informed that the pool had been closed for over a year. My 3 year old was looking forward to using the pool during our stay. When we arrived... no pool.

The staff was friendly, room was clean for the most part (saw a Waterbug in the shower) and free of odor. The location was perfect, with restaurants and gas stations within walking distance.
There was a $100 deposit that was not mentioned upon booking. Also, the room stated it was a book now, pay later and free cancellation. However, I was going to be charged to cancel. So I had to stay even though the event I had booked the room for was cancelled.

The bedding and everything else was good. The room and bathroom was very clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. They allowed us to check in early and was very nice to us.
The A.C wasn't blowing good. I was sweating and couldn't get a good night's rest from the heat in the room.

I paid for a hotel with a pool and breakfast but found that the pool has been removed and breakfast was a joke. The elevator smells and looks filthy.
No breakfast what's up with that? Same price or higher and no pool and no breakfast.

Malfuction of some kind at breakfast. Only waffles allies and some sweet rolls. Coffee was less than lukewarm. Front desk person did apologize

The property was great. It was clean especially with COVID, i felt very safe entering and moving about in the hotel. I was only there for a night to rest and continue on the for the next day. I had a great shower and the most amazing nights rest. The property is surrounded by everything and I mean everything!!!! Excellent location...
