Breakfast, pool, location compared to where we wanted to go and explore each day. Mrs. Mary at the front desk made sure to make a connection with us each time she saw us. The lobby was extremely clean, all the facilities worked as expected. Our room was really clean and stocked with essentials.

The stay was great. The only complaints I could make are minor: My son really wanted sausage and is allergic to eggs. The only sausage available for breakfast was inside the bowls with eggs and other ingredients or on the english muffins with eggs and cheese, so he was bummed about that. Also, maybe ventilation at the pool? My kids love to swim and be in water, but I could not stand sitting in the pool area for more than 1.5 hours without my eyes watering and burning from the chlorine. Again, minor inconveniences.

It was just ok. I thought the room coffee was much better than the breakfast coffee. The room only had a small bit of toilet paper left. I had to ask for more. There was no room darkening shade on the window which disturbed my sleep along with the traffic noise. That is the poorest shower design I have ever experienced. There was never any hot water in the evening to wash my face. I had to delay my shower to morning for hot water. The staff was very gracious and responsive.

Sorry read above. The dishwasher was leaking water on the floor and the toilet ran all the time. I reported both and the dish washer was fixed. I reported the toilet issue on the way out.

Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel fridge was packed with pleasure food. Location was convenient. The rooms have a full size refrigerator and kitchen area with sink. The bed was comfortable.

The elevators smelled awful, even after cleaning. There was no shaving cream to use or purchase at the hotel. The hotel is located next to the highway so you will have to sleep with the noise pollution. the outdoors are too bright at night so you have to block out the light with the window shade. In the morning it is too dark in the room because of the window shade.

Everything was an amazing experience. Staff was polite. They treat your pet like family. Clean, organized, breakfast has many options, rec areas very clean, indoor pool very clean and not too much chemicals so you really enjoy it... great staff... great area. Less than 3 minutes to mall and many other shops. Short drive to zoo and many other areas.

Breakfast was so so.....typical hotel buffet. No surprises. Could have had some bananas as a choice.

For such a new hotel, I was surprised by the corrasion on the bathroom safety rails. How did that happen? The room was huge. Linens and towels were quality. Loved the table that pulled out from the desk so that it could be used for dining.....first that I have seen.

room was not quite as clean as I would’ve expected. floors in kitchen/bath area appeared to have dirty streaks across the floor. Bathroom sink and toilet had scum under the rims, the pull out sofa was broken but still functional, and the blackout blind didn’t pull all the way down thus allowing a significant amount of light into the room at night.

The spaciousness of the room.

The attitude when we asked for 2 wash cloths because there was 4 of us and he said there was supposed to be 4 in there. There was not. I looked everywhere and acted like we were stealing washcloths. #1 I do not steal anything. #2 I definitely wouldn't steal those cheap washcloths. We loved the place up to that point. We had been traveling due to my 3 month nephew's funeral and attitudes wasn't what I needed on my stay. Then the breakfast staff were all so hateful looking. No smiles, no good morning, nothing! Aweful customer service. Hotel room was amazing though.

Breakfast was really good, they had breakfast sandwiches that were really convenient. They also had the usual waffles fluffy omelets, yogurt, all sorts of toppings for yogurt and oatmeal, i was very impressed ! The location is wonderful, really close to a lot of shopping and family friendly activities! And only a 10 minute drive to the Zoo! Staff was awesome and helpful, and the pool was an added bonus!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like or that didn’t meet our expectations!

The hotel room was nice and spacious. The suite allowed for multiple purposes (with the couch, tables, curtain room divider.) When there is not construction the outside area was very nice with a fire pit and seating area. The hotel has a nice curb appeal and the location is very close to shopping restaurants and a Walmart. The staff was not rude but they did not make special accommodations when I explained this was a honeymoon trip. Overall the cleanliness, amenities and location made this hotel well worth the cost and we would visit again.

The washcloths were a little rough and they didn't have housekeeping the first night we were there to switch then out. Monday upon our departure there was a construction machine starting up. And there was work being done on the building and the indoor pool was freezing.

The whole atmosphere was relaxing, the rooms are pretty and spacious. The pull down shades on the window was amazing I couldn't even tell that the sun had rose in the morning. The shower was amazing, the big fridge was great. The free 24hr laundry facility was a great plus! Breakfast was amazing, could have more meat options tho.. The staff was nice, friendly, and down to earth made me feel like we've known each other years by the conversation. My overall trip was very refreshing and I wasn't really ready to leave when check out came lol. I will be returning just hoping they get the heat pump for the pool before I return.

The pool area door is broken and pool was ice cold my kids were not able to enjoy the pool because the heat pump is broken and has been for a while. The pool was the main reason I booked this hotel. The ice machine on the 2nd floor and one of the washing machines were out of order. The carpets in the rooms need to be cleaned. The sink in the kitchen area was small. Also, they were not able to honor my late check out due to occupancy being high. Short staffed as well which caused issues like trash overflow.
