While modern decor is not to our liking, this hotel's colors and styles were more understated. Most hotel chains we've researched or stayed in seem to be going for alarming, unpleasing color and decorating themes. Nothing soothing. This Hampton Inn was perfectly located in downtown Greer, was loaded with really helpful amenities and the front desk staff was outstanding! She recommended a superb 2 Michelin star restaurant which we'd overlooked AND she called and got us squeezed in for a reservation! Who bothers to help guests that way any more unless you pay $1000 a night for Concierge!? Breakfast choices were great and the staff manning this area were instant best friends with everyone dining in but without being at all overbearing! So incredibly helpful and asking if anyone needed anything at all!

The bedroom doors close with authority and echo a bit down the halls. Can't complain since they are super secure and fireproof... but loud. We were not awakened by any in the night despite a pretty full hotel but during the breakfast hours, they were noticeable.

The breakfast was good and plenty. the Location is fantastic right in the middle of the small town, only steps away from excellent restaurants and nice boutiques.

The pool. It would be better to have none, then one that's just a small hole in the concrete surrounded by tall buildings and always in the shade.

This Hampton Inn was LUX! I was so impressed! It is brand new, but the rooms were soooo roomy & comfortable in all aspects. The snack area in the lobby was well stocked with free and purchasable items. Fresh fruit water available, all well maintained - the breakfast area was very stylish & food very good. The staff were so helpful & friendly too. I felt so happy and refreshed I booked a second night!

The parking garage was a bit awkward for a big vehicle, access & layout of front door didn't allow for easy short term parking while checking in.

Everything was BEAUTIFUL!!!! Literally seconds away from one of the cutest downtown area. The parking in the parking garage made me feel extra secure about the area as well. The staff members were super nice and informative of things to do. And don't forget to get your fresh baked complimentary delicious cookies😊

There was nothing to dislike, this was actually a perfect stay.

The location was perfect. The hotel is very new and extremely clean. Excellent staff - very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and new. I loved the shower. Highly recommended for business and personal travel.

The free shampoo and soap. Not a big fan of the brand.

The breakfast was amazing every day. Tina was on breakfasts duty all 3 days. She was so kind and helpful. The location was awesome because we could easily walk into downtown Greer. The shops were wonderful and the food was really good too.

The price is a bit steep.

Super welcoming upon entrance! Everything was clean. Staff was nice and helpful! The room was super comfy and lots of outlets for charging devices! nice parking deck, make sure you check in before as you will need your key to get in.

no laundry facilities on the property.

We have stayed four time and each was exceptional. Clean and spacious rooms, excellent staff ready to help with anything. The biggest challenge is using "booking.com:" intrusive, overbearing and just not user friendly.

OMG! Everything! Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfast bars. Location is off the charts. Accommodations, Room Comfort and Cleanliness was above standards. Just what you'd expect from a Hilton Property.

Rate was a little pricey, but well worth the stay.

Not sure if all you rooms are the same but I was given a handicap accessible room which I didn’t need. It was a beautiful room but the only issue was the bed itself which was very low to the ground and the mattress was very hard which hurt my back
