The bed was high, which seems that's the way with the higher rated hotel these days. Since I am under 5', it makes it a challenge just to leap in bed. Not in just this hotel, it seems to be trending to the taller people in all of the newer ones. There are showers installed with the controls to switch to another hand held shower, put too high for a shorter person! I was booked in a disability room cause I have problems with walking and getting in a bathtub could be a hazard for me. I couldn't help but wonder how a person in a wheelchair could manage it.

Staff was friendly and the facility was well lit, comfortable, and quiet. Room was clean comfortable and well apointed. all in room services worked well. Hot water clean towels and a comfortable rest.

I don't eat pork, and I avoid high carb breakfast options. Not many options on the table here... room for improvement. Turkey or beef sausage in collogen cassings (or) patties, egg and cheese omlets and a salsa or sour cream topping, could be a great start.

I have just left after an impromptu stay bought about by Hurricane Ian and I can honestly say every single person I met working there made a rubbish situation better… from the check in late at night giving me a toothbrush and toothpaste to the lady getting me an Uber to the airport just now as I left… Thank you!! The bed was comfy, the room was clean etc but the people made it brilliant!!!!

Very clean and comfortable.

Ran out of some of the hot breakfast items an hour after breakfast started. Ran out of all hot items 45 minutes before breakfast ended. The family members that showered while the others ate, didn't have any hot items. Very disappointing.

Love the location and everything about the hotel

I requested early check in online no one responded we had to wait 3 hour’s which was 3 pm we arrived at 11:30 drove 4 hours which was disappointing no one responded. And I had 2 rooms came for graduation

We only stayed 1 night & missed breakfast. Other than that the location was great, the hotel was nice & clean. The staff was very knowledgeable & friendly!!

We had to switch our room upon arrival because the key to our initial room didn't work for us nor the mgr... The Mgr fixed the situation quickly though.

Everything!!! Great hotel with beautiful sky views. Comfortable spacious rooms wonder showers!!

Only problem I experienced was at check in I made a request for a bottom floor room. Desk clerk said hotel never received request although I presented a snap shot if the reservation. I then stood there and watched as 3 separate guest asked for a bottom floor room and they were more than happy to appease them, I was even willing to take a different type room or pay any difference but......

Breakfast was very good. Woman working at breakfast buffet kept it clean and filled. The gentleman working the front desk was very nice, helpful. My room, 323 was exceptionally clean. Very pleased.

convenience to food and soccer fields

really need a guest laundry. we travel with a soccer team and this is the first time we’ve had to go off site to wash the soccer uniforms

It was clean, the Personnel was very kind, specially the breakfast people.

In the room you could hear about everything going on around in and out the hotel.
