Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Greenville Spartanburg/Duncan

Room size was perfects. Bed was comfortable.. Room was clean. Employees was friendly. Great location.

The breakfast bar. Very limited on items, although the staff kept it very well stocked. Coffee was cold. It would be nice to have a really coffee maker and not the thermos type dispensers. Although it was nice to have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower it was not in a dispenser that fastened to the shower walls, it was just bottles sitting on the shower shelf. The lighting was lacking in the bedroom area. I was trying to iron clothing and there wasnt enough to really see like I like to when ironing.

The breakfast, the oatmeal was almost cold. No varieties. Only cheese omelets, I don't eat cheese, they had bacon which i don't eat. I was only able to eat bagels for breakfast. Other places have menus & they make your food fresh according to your spec. That is the only thing I didn't like.

I liked the size of the rooms and having plenty of space. I wish Hotels had bigger trash cans, but thats every Hotel. TV has Internet tv which was nice. Multiple spaces to store suitcases too.

Beds weren't that comfy but more Hotels aren't. I wouldn't hold that against the place at all. Didn't see on Booking site that they had a pool so that was sad.

Really high standard of cleanness throughout thw hotel. Everything is new and fresh. Gym 24/07.

Sometimes issues with the wifi connection (uncryptes, invalid certificate, slower). More unprocessed food options for the breakfast would be optimal.

The room was clean.

They tried putting us on the first floor even though we requested an upper level floor. They got rid of their waffle maker. Instead they have pre-wrapped waffles that were stale. Breakfast selection was limited.

The convencience of the location from the highway. Very pleasant and clean atmosphere Delicious hot breakfast every morning. Staff was very professional and courtious. Plenty of restaurants in the area near the hotel to choose.

This is a new hotel that is spotlessly clean and quiet.

Room and the furnishings were comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of selections. Location was convenient to our work at the time and convenient to many restaurants of all types and price ranges.

Maybe a little bit pricey for the location.

Guests allow kids to play in hallways outside of rooms. Staff should be monitoring this especially on first floor. Very Duffy yet to sleep with so much noise back and fourth from lou ge area

The property was very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
