Convenience of getting in and out of the room because it was at ground level.
The air conditioning was turned off so it was warm in the room. The refrigerator was unplugged, so it took a while for things to cool down. Better caulking around the sink.

Didn't have bkfst. Left @ 5:45 am. Location very noisy. Sirens, trucks on the interstate and a railroad crossing.
Bathroom was dirty and needs some repairs to walls etc. Stains on wall behind the door.

I like that there was no carpet on the floor.
The sheets didn't seem to be clean. There were spots/stains. Also, the password for the internet was "Ilovegod." I shouldn't have to make a declaration of faith to use the internet. Lastly, the advertised price was the "cash price." I actually had to pay more because I used my checkcard.

Mostly no cleaning. The interior needs a lot of attention, painting, patching, etc, etc. I don't think it would cost an awful lot to make it at least half decent.
