Quality Inn - Clinton Knoxville North

We were looking for a quick overnight stay on our long drive home. We arrived late and left early. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We heard no noise from other rooms or from the road. It was perfect for our needs.

Quality Inns used to offer a more extensive breakfast. That was one of the reasons that I chose this motel. I would like to see them bring back more breakfast options.

Location was easy to find of I-75. Breakfast was good. Very Clean.

I heard people talking and knocking on doors starting about 5am. Rooms not as sound proof as I would expect. Only bananas at Breakfast, would like more fruit choices. Also at breakfast there was toast and bagels, wanted something like a sweet roll or muffin. I couldn't find a USB outlet.

For the most part the facility as well as the room was clean. The 2 staff members I had the pleasure to interact with with very pleasant and helpful. I wish more hotels my wife and I had stayed in would take classes on southern hospitality from these two employees.

There was a stain on one of the pillow cases. There "Continental breakfast" needs to be worked on. It was basically just a muffin and a juice.

Great price for last minute booking. Coming back from vacation and ended up having to stay here due to family having Covid at the house. Staff worked with us every 2 days helping us extend our stay. Breakfast was better than expected. Nice stay overall

The bed, the night manager was very helpful, Kim, the morning manager was adorable.

2 story walk up..air not on in our room but cooled off pretty fast. The hotel was a little bit off the beaten track.

Everything was great the room was vey comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly very helpful. I booked the room through a booking agent. When we checked in our credit card was declined that was a huge shock I didn’t see how that was possible plus we used the card 30 minutes before we checked in without a problem. It was late night the Lady at the front desk was very concerned as we were. We used another card. Come to find out I put in the wrong expiration date. When I booked the room The lady at the front desk went out of her way to help us.

Breakfast was as good as it could be with all the covid protocols we still need to respect. We were especially pleased with the helpfulness of your staff st Check in & out. Also, when we had any questions about the area , I.e. where to find a good restaurant

Nothing. We were pleased to see them mopping the lobby floor as we were checking out.

Service was good mix up on the room to start with, clean , room service every day (yea) , good selection on tv

Breakfast was poor, muffins or microwave food only in none of the vending machine worked.

Location and price was awesome for the room. Beds very comfortable and size of counter in bathroom was the best size.

I prefer a night light. Also bathroom door had no lock on it.

This was a last minute booking. Got the last room and it was wonderful. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, lot of food locations nearby. Easy on and off the interstate. Parking was premium due to some construction. Would stay there again.

No complaints.
