Econo Lodge - Rocky Top

The property manager is very professional and very helpful every time I stay in this area I always plan to stay here if a room is available. The staff, both at the office and the cleaning personal, are very polite and professional and are very respectful..and the price is great as well for this area this time of year..I haven't found a hotel in this area that is as accommodating and respectful.

The room was clean, the beds were OK, the place was nice for the price! Room was a good size with comfortable furniture. In addition to a 4-cup coffee pot, I like that it also included a mini refrigerator and microwave as well! The housekeeping staff were VERY nice and accommodating!

The toilet filled all the way to the rim before flushing, which made us think it was going to overflow each time. That was the only problem, however.

Staff was friendly, check in and out was hassle free, well lit parking, and room was clean. Just off the interstate w/ plenty of stores incase you forgot something and restaurants to eat at, chain or local.

We were traveling w/kids, and the single king rooms are in a different building and not close to the double queen rooms. I was hoping for the adjoining rooms but had not checked into that when I booked 3rd party.

The website said breakfast was included in the total of the room and the placard in the room said a Continental breakfast . When I asked the clerk what time breakfast was served, she said no breakfast. I told her the price quoted for the room included a breakfast she abruptly said Nope. MISREPRESENTATION.... I will choose another next time. Thank you we paid an extra $15.00 for breakfast. Gladys Baker.

Clean, big tv, great coffee, & area for the furry family. Front desk was kind enough to let us have 1st floor close to exit for the dogs. Will be returning.

Litter in the creek / woods behind the building

I liked the location of the Econo Lodge. It was within a mile of the facility that we were in town to see, and right next to our favorite resturant!

We requested that the rooms be close to each other, and although I was in an adjoining room, my husband and I were in one building and our daughter and her family were in another building.

very comfy beds, slept very well. shower had more water pressure then any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. very good for a cheap nights sleep

As EconoLodge hotels go, this was definitely one of the best ones I've stayed in.

We had a toilet flushing issue (not due to our use) that never really got fully resolved.

Convenient for one overnight. Very clean and comfortable. Nice layout with the sink and vanity outside of the toilet/shower area. Small, but microwave, mini refrigerator and “real” freezer! was a plus since I had my own food. Nice playground, okay outdoor pool. Should have received compensation since free breakfast was canceled due to COVID - that was part of the rate advertisement.

False advertising!!! The view from the room was non-existent, though advertised as a mountain view. The small window faced another building and room, so had to keep curtains closed all the time. There was no balcony either, not to sit on or use in any way, just the walkway along the entrances.

Well with that price I would have loved to have breakfast and a fresh cup of coffee and the dining area we've been there before and it was a little bit cheaper and with breakfast
