comfortable, atmosphere, surroundings and family feel. location good and tucked into the mountains near a creek. Good place to stay in nature, thank you. Customer service attending to our needs was great! Please watch out for the Japanese vine plant that’s taking over on creekside. Thx!🇺🇸

Not much to not like, please keep up the cleanliness and attention to detail with resort landscaping, room cleanliness and amenities. Would like to see more hot tubs , bigger outside pool area and better vending machines at resort.

Convenient location, walking distance to the strip. Love being able to make our meals. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our coffee pot died halfway through our week and they brought us one ASAP.

There was some construction which wasn't terrible but it was surprising they hadn't fixed the water feature forthe Spring Break crowd. The outdoor pool was closed, as well as the hot tub. That was disappointing.

This place has everything you could ever want. Large, fully equipped condo with washer and dryer. The grounds are beautiful. Great location. Also enjoyed balcony overlooking stream.

One bedroom condo was spacious and had a lovely balcony where we could relax and watch the stream behind the building. Two bears ended up on the property while we were there and the hotel staff was quick to respond so be sure to follow bear safety tips. Check in and out was easy. Hotel is close to the strip but still a bit of a walk but if you are going to Gatlinburg you better be ready to walk anyways. 10/10 would absolutely stay there again.

Overall the room was very clean and well maintained. While I could definitely tell that the floors get mopped and the carpets are vacuumed, I would recommend a cleaning solution that cleans a little deeper or a more regular shampooing of carpets as bare feet got pretty dirty just walking around the room

Nice location garage parking, clean facility and comfortable beds as well as private balcony. Hot tub and fire place were awesome.

Got a room and a suite because my husband and I had our kids with us. Luckily one was out age to watch the others but I hate that we were told if they came to open the door that joined the condo and suite the door will have to remain open the entire stay because once it closes it locks on its on. Call me crazy but I wish we had the key for that door to keep eye out on. This keep them from running back and forth from their room to ours.. No private time

Don’t let the pictures fool you! The waterfall, which makes the building looks nice, was broken…We booked a standard room and landed in a building next to the reception that was ready for demolishing. Pool on that premises was also closed, we had to cross the street for the apartments and use the facilities over-there, shown on the pictures. Once there, we decided to ask if we could stay in the other building, which looked more newer and more attractive. So with an extra off 20$ a night we got an ok room. It’s a bit worn out, but clean. So we enjoyed the stay in the small apartment.

The coffee pot, utensils and some supplies for kitchen there upon check-in. Air conditioner, shower, toilet worked well. Laundry basket in closet, Basketball Court, cornhole boards. Plenty of room for luggage and storing clothes in drawers.

Accumulated dirt around shower, shower door would come off track when closing. No ice available-had to call front desk each time and couldn't get until after 10am. Front water display was being repaired and wasn't aware. Parking lot should be monitored as people were parking over lines so wasting spaces because not even a small car would fit. I didn't like that you had to carry dirty towels to laundry room to exchange.

Loved the space inside the room. Was very open & spacious. Also really liked the newly modeled walls / bedroom & bathroom features! Also loved the bed itself, extremely soft! And the tv's worked well too!

I did wish the outside waterfall fountain that could be seen off the balcony was working as it would have been a perfect view from my balcony. Also, there was no DVD player in my room. Neither the bedroom or the main big room. And the shower water pressure & sinks were very low, especially compared to the rooms across the way!

Very good location, 5 min walking to the main street (promenade) on which you can find anything such as food, clothes, candy stores, Walgreens, vine tasting stations, and many other attractions and entertainment. Honestly, the location 9,9/10. I had a room on the third floor, and it`s great, because on the first evening a little black bear visited us (he was on the first floor and we watched him from the balcony) at the resort territory, which is usual for the town located in the Great Smokey Mt. Nothing to be afraid, just follow the rules. I been surprised to have a fireplace and Jacuzzi in the room, it was fancy. Kitchen has everything on it!!
