SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Gatlinburg

I like the location, close to many nice places in Gatlinburg. I love the river in the back, it make me relax and remenber my childhood.

That I did not have more time to enjoy the pool.

the rooms were recently updated. Very nice and lighting was bright! lol Breakfast was loved. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Pool was small but enjoyable. They just put brand new table and chairs in pool area, which made comfort much better.

They only had one fruit available for breakfast. Oranges… A variety would of been much better, as my granddaughter only likes on fruit right now. Pastries were not available daily. It is as if they rotated between bacon or sausage and bagels and pastries daily. Breakfast was delicious.

Great location with privacy, outdoor space ( balcony)and calming environment away from the main strip, but within walking distance of the fun. Good selection for breakfast items.

Beds were rather uncomfortable and no hot water towards the end of my stay.

Room was clean and comfortable with a great view over the river from a suite on the 6th floor. Fresh renovations to bathroom and room. Can't beat the price, short walk to parkway.

Parking is limited .

Loved the room itself and the balcony. Was very clean and very comfortable.

Was given 2 bottles of conditioner and no shampoo

I worked remotely the entire week at this hotel and never had any Wifi issues with my latop. I didn't realize what a good location this was either. It's right on the edge of town and you can literally walk into the national park. You get to avoid most of the traffic of town, but everything's within an easy walk. The balcony and river was fun. The room was set up well too. I'd come back here.

I could never get my phone to connect to the wifi. I tried submitting their ticket system and tried all week, but no dice. Luckily my laptop had no issues so I was fine in that regard

The location wasn’t too far from attractions and was on the creek which was so nice! The king suite room was very spacious and updated. The king bed was so comfortable and the furniture in the room was as well. Plenty of room for my small girls to run around. Breakfast offerings were also good the 2 mornings we were there.

The floors needed to be mopped and/or vacuumed. Our feet were dirty from the floors. I actually took a wet towel and mopped over the laminated parts of the room and it was filthy. Nothing is worse than getting out the shower and your feet being dirty again from your room. Please tell housekeeping a room isn’t cleaned if they aren’t vacuuming and mopping each and every time. Otherwise from the floor, the room was clean.

Could have been cleaned a little better. Room smelt like urine.

Our hotel was located at the end of the strip, which I REALLY enjoyed.Our hotel was close to everything BUT far enough away to NOT hear all the noise from the strip. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and still be in close proximity to our room. The hotel was VERY clean, the rooms were clean, well stocked, smelled good and had a beautiful river view from the balcony. The staff, from the check-in desk to housekeeping were very nice and accommodating. We didn't get to enjoy the pool due to the rain BUT the pool area was spotless and the pool was very clean. 10/10 recommend this place

Nothing...it was a very pleasant stay

The outside looks questionable but the inside was perfect (Room 203). The room was spacious and clean, staff professional upon checkin and checkout, had river view with balcony. The temperature got to 39 F, thankfully the heater thermostat went to 85 F so the room for nice and warm. The bathroom had toilet and shower (hot water and great water pressure) while sink was outside bathroom. Huge flatscreen TV with sufficient cable channels. Hot breakfast of eggs, toast/bagels, sausage, apple/orange/grape juice, yogurt, cereal, milk with condiments (jelly, peanut butte, honey, cream cheese, salt/pepper and butter). Will definitely stay here in future. It is about 20-30 minute walk from the Aquarium. On the “outskirts/end” of Gaitlinburg lodging area but the trolley stop is not far from hotel.

Low flow toilet, we had to ask front desk for plunger to get toilet unclogged.
