Best Western Plus Morristown Conference Center

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection was good however, the potatoes were cold and rubbery.

Approaching the first floor door, I noticed on the bush to the right there were a pair of underwear becoming one with the bush. It looked like they have been there so long, the underwear was was deteriorating. The keyboard access getting into any of the doors wasn't operating and the door was duct taped so you could get in. This allowed anyone access into the main hallways.

The room was spacious. The hotel was very clean and quiet. Plenty of close parking. The mobility accessibility was excellent my partner had plenty of space to move around the room and in the bathroom. Nice roll in shower and sink they could roll under. Bed was very comfy.

Our only complaints were the shower chair was made of a very cheap plastic and my partner was scared to move too much in fear it would break. The other complaint is the toilet is too close to the wall and where the hand rail was located you could barely sit on the toilet.

I was not at all expecting my experience to be as good as it was. It was super clean. The staff were amazing. The whole place smelled so good and each room was fully sanitized between guests. Instead of completely shutting down the free breakfast buffet due to COVID-19, they set it up so that they can cook and serve the guests. There was also a wide variety of dry breakfast such as cereals, granola, fresh fruits. There is a large area for the pets to play and walk, with waste bags even provided. I don't really think I've ever been that pleased with a hotel experience for the amount of money I paid. I travel to TN often and will stay here every time going forward!

I really have no complaints.

The availability of breakfast. We had a room with a balcony which was great for my roommate who would have had to go down to the 2nd floor and outside to smoke since we had a non-smoking room.

The two Best Western Plus places we stayed on this trip only had one elevator at one end of a long corridor - not acceptable when you have several luggages to deal with. Also, in the bathroom - there was a railing to hold onto when getting into the bathtub. However once in the tub, if taking a shower, the tub floor is slippery and there is no railing to hold onto in case of a fall. I M speaking personally because not handicapped, I do have a balance issue and no railing in the tub is unacceptable.

The room was very comfortable, decorations nice, nice balcony. Quiet rooms. Very clean, excellent wifi for my meetings.

The toilet was extremely difficult to flush, ac very noisy, hallways very musty and elevator really slow. I was disappointed w breakfast, 1 hour before it ended, had very little food, it was cold. Also the price quoted was not what i was charged. I was charged nearly $40 more.

The staff are friendly and morning breakfast was good rooms clean bathrooms clean convenient to interstate 40 will stay again next time in area

Rooms had a muskie smell and the renovation that was done in rooms were not properly complete looking bought a candle and was fine and im in construction so I understand the work will stay again when in area next time

Grey clean room for the price

I didn’t like the fact that it said pay at the property and when we got there with cash in hand the guy started running cards one of which I could have told him wouldn’t go through and second one he said wouldn’t work and we knew better. My opinion if it’s pay at the property ask how would u like to pay before u start running cards. Other than this issue it was a great stay.

This Best Western is just off Route 81 and was very convenient for a short stay as I traveled through Tennessee. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The included breakfast in the morning was a nice way to start our day before we checked out.

We could hear other people passing in the hallway, and doors opening and closing. However, this noise was minimal.

Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options and friendly staff.

Room was decorated nicely but would have been nice to have USB outlets available and perhaps brighter lighting. There were brownie crumbs all over the desk and chair when we arrived but otherwise really nice room.
