New hotel that's nicely located on the main roads of eastern Morristown. Very clean and well appointed rooms (nice size tv). The bed was quite comfortable.
Breakfast was on the lower end of the typical breakfast offerings (toaster waffles if that gives a clue). Hotels in Morristown are more expensive than one would expect in the 'smaller' towns in TN.

Every single design of the room and common place gave comfort in this hotel. The hotel started business a few months ago and everything is quite new with modern standard. I appreciated the big white shower, all the shelves in the bathroom and hotel room, a lot of power and USB outlets. The bed was comfortable with clean linens. The color scheme was comforting. Although during COVID, we have self served pancake, mini biscuits, instant oatmeal, juices, muffins and coffee for breakfast. Hotel staff and management are friendly and efficient. It was a much better experience than Quality Suites that we stayed in the area last time.
We heard train passing by from time to time.

This was my first stay here and the front desk staff was so nice I felt like family immediately. I had business while here and they were able to accommodate me to sign into court virtually on one of my CASA court cases. They provided extra towels when needed. I can’t say enough about the friendliness of the staff. My bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby.

The location was not great for me however the access was good. The room was even more than I expected.
Especially liked the shower as I have trouble entering and exiting tubs.

We stayed here for Bristol race weekend. Though the town is quite a way off the interstate, we found the hotel easy.

Location was perfect! We met up with friends who were staying at a nearby campground. They brought dinner to our room and there was plenty of room for all of us to eat then play cards. We went to Sevierville for the next day. Great time.

Extremely clean, brand new hotel.
Due covid you didn't have room cleaning service unless you stay 30 days, I stayed 3 days and we have to ask for trash bags as well clean towels, other than that everything was great 👍

The TV options were amazing with options to stream and a greeting when I walked in! Being able to stream my music to the TV was lovely. The bathroom was very spacious and lovely. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was very close to Russellville. Very clean!
