I loved that we were on the first floor and everything thing was near to us....Location was perfect, places to eat, shopping, and family was around the corner....

Your breakfast was terrible, there's room for improvement....it didnt have a bench outside for smokers

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Good for a one-night stay.

The front desk was terribly understaffed. There was just one woman checking in guests and answering the phone. This was on a night when the hotel filled up. When I received my bill, there was a $2.96 charge for "credit card surcharge." I have stayed at many hotels and motels booked through Booking.com over the years and never has there been a "credit card surcharge." Is this something new to the industry, something this Quality Inn does to make a few extra bucks?

Staff helpful, everyone was kind and polite, guests included. Rooms clean, beds comfortable, linens clean Microwave, fridge, coffee maker, towels enough.

Breakfast. Once batter for waffles is empty no more. Only other item pastries. Glad I brought some oatmeal with me because I was counting on breakfast. The price I pd wss higher becuz breakfast was included. Disappointed.

It was new looking and well taken care of our bed was extremely comfortable! The pool inside was a added bonus we loved!

The price and the Rewards program is better than Hilton honors by far, we could of stayed free but chose to stay there and pay bc of the disappointing frozen taco tortilla and egg with no hot sauce. I went down 5-10 before 7:00 to grab coffee and front desk Man told me I had to come back for breakfast???? Why didn’t he lay out the frozen taco and sweet roll at that time I’ll never know.

The staff was nice property was clean

I didn’t like that the hot water kept going out had to switch rooms and the hot water still wasn’t right

Staff was really nice and helpful. Quiet and comfortable. The room was huge!

Room wasn't the cleanest. Mirrors had hand prints and food smeared on them. Bathroom sink had peices of food left in it. Trash Behind toilet as well.

The hotel clerk who checked me in was very polite and the process was quick. The location was literally in the center of everything. The room was clean and I had no issues at all. I will be booking again with them for my next trip.

They are remodeling this hotel.. something aren’t up to standard yet but it’s on its way.. pool area could use a lot of work
