The location was great. One block away from the Country Music Hall of Fame and three block to Broadway. Although it was colder when I was there the Pool deck looks amazing and I did sit outside by the fire. The Staff is so Great!! The property was very clean and the atmoshpere is exactly what you would expect. Can't wait to stay again.

first floor restaurant didn't fit it wasn't as good as it was expensive... I will be back 4th Floor Fins was amazing 😍😍

Location was a bit of a walk from Broadway, but still very doable. We walked back and forth several times during our trip. About a 20 minute walk to or from Broadway where all of the bars, restaurants and night life are located.

Front desk needs to label bags being stored better. Our bags were separated when storing in the room behind the front desk area and we accidentally left one plastic bag from the gift shop behind that was supposed to be stored with our luggage. The manager was very good about shipping to us at home in cleveland for no addtl charge. It did take 3-1/2 weeks though. So that service could use some improvement. Keep all stored luggage together even if you have to rubberband or tie.

Location was perfect. Pool and Fins Bar were great- atmosphere so relaxed- live music all day and night! Rooms were clean, its a new hotel so everything is just beautiful. No complaints about noise - and the hotel was full. Starbucks on site- and a little gift store was a bonus! Super views!

There was nothing we didn't like! We hoped to get adjoinimg/connecting rooms for our group- but either they aren't available or they didn't get my request- we were just across the hall from our group instead.

Location was fab, great vibes, esp around the pool was amazing. Great comfortable room

the room was nice- pretty spacious . however, the couch Which my son used as a bed - we thought we would close it daily and use that room to hang , play board games…the table weighed A TON and could not be moved back and forth …and the staff only made that bed once- which was strange to me

the design of the hotel was great except for the bathrooms in the room. there is nowhere to put anything in bathroom. There is plenty of space to put some kind of bench with storage. The only place to put personal items is on the small sink space. Also there is nowhere to put soap or wash clothes inside the shower. A small bench inside the shower would be really helpful. My son has cerebral palsey and needs to sit in shower so we couldn’t get him bathed while we were there. It was a challenge helping him dress because there was nowhere to sit in bathroom.

Very clean and smelled clean, nice lounging areas in lobby and gift shop always open. Within walking distance to Bridgestone Arena and Broadway bars, and across pedestrian bridge for concert at Nissan Stadium.

Bringing your own folding travel makeup mirror will be helpful. The bathroom mirror was difficult to use for makeup application, we had to lean across the large sink in order to see close up. The mirror in the entry while easier to see close up, wasn’t helpful either because there wasn’t anywhere to set anything down. Master light switch by the door shuts off power to the light/power by the bed, we think that staff flipped the master light switch off after cleaning the room and it shut power off to the iPad left to charge while we were out. Use desk area power if you need to charge something when leaving the room for the day.
