Hilton Nashville Downtown

The location is as close to perfect as possible. view was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. Room service wash prompt and professional.

A couple of maintenance issues. Shower head didn’t function properly. Reported first day and never resolved. Flush mechanism is toilet broke. That was repaired promptly but housekeeping did not replace towels used to clean up the mess.

Location, Location, Location! The Hilton is in the perfect location for events in downtown Nashville! The proximity to Bridgestone Arena is awesome. Literally across the street. In the photo above, the purple lighted building to the left is Bridgestone. Excellent location. Across the other street in front of the hotel is the Country Music Hall of Fame. Just up the block is the Ryman auditorium. This hotel has the best location for most everything in downtown Nashville. 5 stars for location. It is pricey, you pay for what you get. It was almost $400 for the one night we stayed and self park is $48 for 24 hours. Though it was pricey we accepted that for the very short walks to local attractions. We made the most of our stay.

In our room, 617, there was a motion sensor light in the closet. The light comes on when you enter the closet. It was hanging down by its wires. It didn’t affect our opinion of the room until we went to bed. Three times during the night, this light came on by itself. No one was up or near the closet. It would wake us every time. Light blasting us in the face suddenly. There was no reason for the motion sensor to come on. Now I’m wondering if it did that for the last occupant and they tried to remove the sensor and couldn’t. Anyway, we left it as we found it. The rest of the room was clean, neat, well appointed and we enjoyed our stay otherwise.

The location to downtown was great! The room was a good size and had a nice layout with some separation between the bed and the couch. There is a wall with televisions on each side. This allowed me to watch TV without disturbing the bed area. The bathroom was very nicely appointed, large and clean. The service was very fast and the food and room service was good. The bartender at the "Symphony " bar was very good.

I am going to nit pick but I noticed that the entry outside seemed dark I wasn't sure if the entry was open. The overall look is grand but dated architecture . The couch in the room was very low to sit on and the arms were well worn. The couch pillows were water stained. It really needs to be replaced. The bed pillows and linens were very comfortable and clean. Overall the room was clean though

The front desk service woman when I checked in was pleasant. Some of the service staff in the lounge area were a tad unfriendly. Other than that my stay was a peaceful experience. I was big fan of the lounge area. The breakfast was decent and the grab and go drinks, snacks, food was good too.

Some of the awkward stares as if I didn’t belong. The hotel was in perfect location for what I intended for my stay. A tad pricey for my budget but worth it in the end. I wasn’t a fan of the gift shop/coffee shop. Too pricey.

the location was absolutely amazing, you walk in and the lobby is huge and beautiful, check in was easy, elevators were quick, free snacks and drinks if you purchase high enough room,

the only thing I can think of is a little cramped in the entrance when a group pull up to check in at once.. the bellmen were nice and let me temporary park in the front to unload and get my room before moving. smoother off load would be the only little detail

Really nice hotel!. Lobby bar area is really cool. and good food. Perfect location. Great breakfast buffet. So close to Broadway and many, many other attractions.

The only downside for me... it was impossible to get an uber pick up in the evening at this location.

I didn’t like having to pay fifty bucks to park my car overnight. When it is normally a complementary part of the stay at other hotels along with breakfast. Whether I parked public or valet it was going to be Fifty-bucks that to me was price gouging because they was setting up for the CMA’S

The location was awesome! Check in and out was easy (the staff was AWESOME), valet was easy (staff was AWESOME), and the breakfast was good (to expensive). My only complaints were both times I went the Starbucks cashiers were rude and not helpful, and the walls and cabinets in rooms need to be wiped down better.

The location and on site parking garage was super convenient. We were steps away from the Bridgestone arena and so many dining options! Staff was professional, room was very clean! Very comfortable beds, and pillows.

The rate was high but to be expected for a quality hotel with ideal location.
