Great location. Awesome stay for the price!

The only thing was there was some mold in the corner of the shower.

There was a towel left in our room behind the door from the previous person.

It was clean, great location, comfortable beds.

Needs better pillows, the Capet in room 216 needs to be fixed instead of just putting black tape on it to hold it down.

Loved the location. Was super close by everything in pigeon forge and less than 20 minutes away from the strip in Gatlinburg. Room was nice and clean with upgrades like the dark wood headboards and flat screen TV. The design of the bathroom was kind of weird. It’s super tiny but we were only there for one night so it’s no big deal. No issues with any bugs or anything. Very clean. Would stay again the next time I visit the smokies.

great location for dollywood & walking around & for food. also the staff was truly amazing they went above and beyond. i believe it is run by a family, they were all so kind thank you! they even helped us open our bottle of wine without an opener and when we went back for help with the second bottle they had gone to get a wine opener. very very thoughtful! my mom and i had a great mother daughter trip thank you for the memories :)

It was very clean! And every day there was housekeeping. It was also in a great location and not a bad drive from the national park. The room was spacious and the shower had amazing water pressure. The fridge was also big and got very cold.

The blankets were a little thin, so I was glad I brought my own. The stairs were a little uneven, which was mostly fine since I have no walking difficulty, but maybe someone else wouldn't like it. And the microwave was a little bit small.

The pricing was really good and location was great! It’s an older motel with decent updates & very clean. It offers comfortable beds and pillows. It’s located right beside plenty of eateries within walking distance and gift shops. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The internet/WiFi is HORRIBLE. Do not count on it to get work/homework done. I literally got kicked off every 6mins or couldn’t connect at all. The tub didn’t drain properly so you know what that meant, standing water. For the price you kinda get what you pay for so don’t expect greatness at a low price. The pool def could use some cleaning. My husband cleaned it out for us. The a pool service did come and test the water & it was fine just lil stuff floating. Oh and the water was very very cold lol not a negative just info

Great location and very nice staff! They are remodeling and we had a room that had already been done I think and it was great! It was also quiet at night.

The air conditioner was noisy but not too bad.

Beds were clean and comfortable. The house keeping staff was very good. The front desk staff was nice and always friendly. Our location was perfect, it’s right next door to Dollywood’s Stampede.

One thing we saw was mildew/mold on our air conditioner unit. Would be nice to have iron and ironing board on the room too.
