Hampton Inn Pigeon Forge

We loved the location, the wrap around porch with rocking chairs and fire place. The breakfast was good.

The only thing that was a little disappointing was the indoor pool was ice cold and the beds were a little hard. But overall, it was great.

The room was great! Everything was clean and orderly. We also enjoyed the common areas of the hotel.

The laundry facilities had only 1 washer and 1 dryer. This made it a bit challenging to do several loads of laundry.

The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean, fresh and had modern features like USB sockets which we really appreciated. We even used the indoor pool and gym and it was very clean and in excellent condition, which when spending money on accommodation, is important to us. Thank you for making our study so great. We are unable to find any fault or bad things. After coming from the Hampton Inn at Irondale, which was not as modern or clean, there is no fault with this Hotel. In fact you redeemed yourselves by having such a great quality Hotel at Pigeon Forge. Thank you.

I like the breakfast, the room and the cleaning staff.

We had a problem with the toilet, a hose came loose in the tank causing water to leak out of the top of the tank. Then there was a problem with one of the elevators.

The text messages asking how our stay was going was a nice added perk. It made it easy for me to request additional pillows for the bed. We didn't try the breakfast but it did look decent. Warm cookies in the afternoon/evening were nice as well. The pool area was clean and had someone there restocking towels and sweeping up any debris in the area. All staff we interacted with were very kind and helpful.

Our room seemed stuffy, even with the air set to 67 degrees. We kept the fan running to move air but it was still very stuffy if the actual air was not running. King size beds also need more than 4 small pillows. Minimum 6 pillows for the size of the bed should be standard.

Room - Equipped with refrigerator and microwave along with a desk / desk chair. TV was good size however was not able to access all the channels. Bed - was the size indicated during booking and comfortable w/ appropriate amount of pillows Breakfast - Was exactly what I expected, everything was clean, in working order, and well stocked. Extra Credit for the coffee (Dark Roast) Staff - was friendly and responsive

The only issue was getting out of the parking lot onto the main road (Teaster Lane), for some reason one of the entrances was blocked off for a portion of our stay. The other entrance / exit was a blind corner to oncoming traffic (blocked by trees / shrubs).

the rooms were very clean. the staff were friendly. we had a great breakfast. the only thing I wish were different was a handle to hold on to on the hot tub. Its very hard to step down or get back out with out a rail or something to hold on to. So I couldn’t use it because I have bad knees and you have to climb out on your knees. I even watched children and they would climb up and put their knees down and then stand up. But it was all very nice and no problems any where else. we had a wonderful time.

The location was awesome!! The staff was awesome, the hotel itself smelled clean, our room had no bugs!! The temperature was set just right, we didn't have to adjust the air one time! We totally enjoyed our stay and would stay again especially since they will give a military discount on the room which we did t know so we booked through booking.com.

The carpet in the room made the room smell musty. If it didn't have carpet the stay would have been perfect! No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

It was close to the trolley and the Island. It was also off the main Parkway so it was less congested. We had very good views of the mountains. I loved having both the indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub.

The beds are way too hard. They need to have softer beds as it was like sleeping on plywood. The shower water was either scalding or ice cold. The bathroom sink drained very slow.

This place definitely met our expectations and was worth what we paid to stay. My daughter loved the pool and splash pad and loved having the indoor pool when it rained. We were close to most everything and loved the general atmosphere here. The breakfast was good and parking was definitely great vs a parking garage like we had last year! We will definitely be back to stay here when we plan our next trip to Pigeon Forge!
