Beds were comfortable and room was decently clean. Indoor pool had very warm water the entire visit. Breakfast was great when they did have everything out.

Indoor pool is small. Breakfast was the bare minimum a few days of the trip. Never had fresh room supplies the entire 7 days.

The property was in a very good location. It’s close to everything. The room was clean, the beds were nice and soft, fridge and freezer worked well. The heated pool was a great addition. I would definitely stay again.

There wasn’t anything really “bad” about our stay. If I had to say one thing it would be that the bathroom could’ve been cleaner and for the staff to double check that all things are in the room as in towels, extra toilet paper and a shower curtain. Other than that there are no complaints.

The fact that i paid 200$ to stay in a room that i couldn't even check in till 4 pm. It wasted half our day waiting to check in. Had i not made a reservation i would have been able to walk in and get a room like people did !!!!

The room was very spacious and well equipped. We visited The Great Smoky Mountains and then Gatlinburg and it was nice that they were close to each other. There is also fast foods nearby so that was convenient.

The breakfast hadn't a lot of choice.

It was easy to book! I had a problem with my card at first, from being out of state, until I called the bank. When I called the hotel, the gentleman working the desk was very nice and helpful! We got checked in super easy. The room was clean, and house keeping checked everyday to see if we needed clean towels. The location is great! Very close to everything! We walked to the Titanic museum! Great stay at a great price! This was our second time staying here, and will most likely book here for our next stay as well!

The only thing that made it not 100% was that the chlorine in the pool was sooo strong! My boys went swimming one time out of three nights. I sat to the side in a chair and my eyes were burning from just being near the water. Everything else was great!

Considering this was an impromptu trip, the room size was adequate.

I understand with Covid restrictions that available amenities can be limited. However, we are several months out from vaccination availability. There were no snack options at the hotel. There was no available plastic utensils (even individually wrapped ones would have been helpful). Water pressure in shower extremely low. Room smelled like someone dumped chlorine bleach in it.

Very nice indoor pool and the beds were pretty comfortable. A very good value for the price we paid.

Room was very clean except for the floor. The floor was a dark laminate so it looked clean, but made the bottoms of my feet very dirty. I cleaned the floor with a damp towel. The woman who checked us in was not friendly (and this is putting it mildly). However, I had previously called the property and spoke with a friendly male clerk.

Rooms were clean, bed/pillow comfortable Mountain view, pools nice, slide and splash area for small children.

Breakfast was small muffins, cereal bars,coffee. Had small issue with door hinge never got fixed Had to go down 1st floor for ice, machine on our floor broke

We really liked the location, indoor pool and the waffles for breakfast. We were really close to everything we wanted to do. We came up there for my son's birthday and he had a really good time and really enjoyed the pool especially since it was cold outside but they were still able to swim since it was indoor.

The toilet was loose so it rocked when you sat down. Limited parking and very narrow spaces. We have a Dodge Grand caravan and the spaces were really narrow and when someone would park crooked we were not able to pull in close to our door and had to park in the side parking lot away from the building. My husband has also had back surgery and can't walk a lot so it was hard for him to walk from the side parking lot to our room. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay there.
