Last-minute decision to book this hotel when airline flight was cancelled due to weather. Everyone at hotel that we encountered was professional and friendly. The person serving the breakfast the following morning was a gem. She should give a class to ALL hotel employees in every hotel on how to be happy in your job, how to service customers to the highest level, how to engage with customers, etc. She was off the charts exceptional and obviously took great pride in maintaining the breakfast area with cleanliness, food quantity and quality. She went above and beyond - we were thoroughly impressed and she made it a great start to what ended up being a very stressful day. The beds were very comfy and the shower pressure was excellent - both biggies for us when we travel.

Nothing. Wish all of our hotel stays were this nice - even if it occurred by bad circumstances.

room was close to the front, I have trouble walking very far. room was big. bed was very comfortable. water was hot for shower. The breakfast hostess was very nice and helpful, friendly. And two of the housekeeping staff were very nice, the lady from Romania and Margaret, and the guy at the front desk.

The commode flapper broke while I was there, but they had it repaired by the next time I returned to my room. The desk chair was a little uncomfortable, but only because of width of arms was too narrow. they did not promptly pick up my used, damp towels. only one time during my stay after asking 2 x.

The gym was open, and the location was close to restaurants and we were able to drive to most places we wanted to go.

I would love to see some sidewalks that connect the hotel to some of the restaurants that are close. For example, the Whataburger is super close, so close that we would have felt silly driving there, but the frontage road doesn’t have a side walk. So we did walk there, but traversed uneven ground (and a fair number of fire ants) to get there.

I stay at this location frequently, my elderly mother lives there, right around the corner, the location is very convenient to lots of services and restaurants, and the access to the highway. The employees that work there make me feel right at home. I appreciate hard workers and they smile while they do their jobs.

The parking seems to be a little bit of an issue, usually I'm at my room by 7:00 p.m. but sometimes I meet up with friends and go to dinner, it would be nice to not have to be rushed or stressed about, "Where am I going to park"? There are quite a few construction type company's that stay there and have large trucks, trailers, etc. Maybe just install a few more spaces in that empty lot next to the hotel. Also, the ice machines not working are a problem that needs to be resolved, seems to be the last visit and the visit before that this was an issue. I MUST say that I really like this hotel.

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, staying for a week they make it home! I stay fairly often, and there was a new maid from Moldovia that was helpful finding my room and I had a key issue and she assisted me with possessions while going to the front desk to resolve the issue. Easily resolved. The rooms are always very comfortable & clean elevators! Normally, your employee Isaac is there but he happened to be on vacation. Definite 5 Star Employee! Although, a manager lady was there, maybe Lori ? She was quite friendly and helpful getting me checked in. The maid was very kind and sweet, she is someone you would want to work at your hotel, guest love a warm friendly smile which she was a very happy person.

I was in Room 232 and the commode busted the first day I was there, would not flush. Appeared as though it had been rigged together, maintenance was up to my room within a couple of days. There was a girl in training and I believe she was on the night shift, so she didn't have any information on the maintenance schedule, which probably shouldn't have taken a couple of days unless he was waiting on a part. Just a little clearer communication on issues as such. I had to report at least 3 times. It was fixed (temporarily).

I love how the rooms have two double beds, and a hidea bed couch. This comes in handy when traveling with four children and two adults. I even love the free breakfast they have. The lady that prepares the food, is soooo sweet and kind. All the staff is very kind and sweet, and professional but yet family like.

The TV, it didn't have many channels that actually worked or wasn't in spanish.

I thought the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The staff at your hotel is exceptional, the maid asked me if the room looked good and asked if there was anything I might need. There was not anything I needed, but it was very respectful and friendly of her to ask. I appreciated that. Isaac at the front desk is an exceptional employee, friendly and he helped with an issue I had just by a phone call. Keep him on your staff.

The last morning in Room 125 I could barely get any warm water, definitely not hot, but took forever to just get luke warm. I was not necessarily happy with that but I feel assured they will remedy that issue.

The breakfast attendant was amazing, so kind and helpful. The check-in process was so easy and efficient.

Our door had to be shut tight in order to lock but I made the staff aware when I checked out so hopefully it will be fixed soon.

The location is great. The breakfast is outstanding and the staff at the dining is fantastic! Always make you eat the food:) Room was ok, not the newest but worth the money. 24 hour front desk is a helpful!

We arrived at midnight and al the parking spaces were taken 😔So the staff offered us to park on parking for disabled 😏 Pool opens at 5pm even though the sign said 9am. The reception girls were not the most pleasant person.

Front desk lady was extremely helpful. Clean rooms and the beds were comfortable. Cleaning staff were happy to accommodate any needs we had. Great location lots to do in this area shopping.
