Super 8 by Wyndham Abilene South

Location is perfect to everything I need from grocery store to work, even to the Mall of Abilene. All my doctor locations are within 20-25 minutes if that! The price is ok, cheaper than others, but they should have earned some sort of discount by now! None of my points are showing on my account (some September 🤔🤦🏼‍♀️) . AMAZING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE - Jonathan, Patsy, Kay & Ragg, even the housekeeping team - Ashley & Skeet! You're the best!

Disrespectful guests slamming doors, I work nights so when I sleep during the day others are slamming doors like they are at a dormitory. Makes it hard to get rest. It's not every day but it does happen.

Jonathan is always the best employee he treats me like family which I love. He's very professional and very sweet. He always makes sure that I have towels and the AC is good and cold. If I do have a problem I'm always sure that y'all will work it out for me.

If I had to ask one thing it would be to clean that small sofa that's in room 118 which is my favorite room because I have a handicap. It's really filthy and I really don't like sitting or putting my things on it. Thank you! If you can fix that toilet in room 118 to where you didn't have to hold it down to flush it that would be excellent.

Jonathan is the sweetest employee and most helpful and courteous man that I've ever known. He's always there with whatever I need! I wish you had 10 more like him, but since you only have one please keep him around and think about giving him a raise! Thank you for having Patricia as well she and Skeet and Kay are always helpful also! I can't forget about Raj!! It's his hotel after all! He's a great guy.

Y'all just need to steam clean the carpet in the rooms from time to time. If you walk around in white socks you'll see what I mean.

The guy that worked the morning/day shift was very inviting, friendly and helpful. The lobby and halls were clean. The breakfast area was clean as well. I don't eat breakfast, but needed some coffee.

I booked a room for 2 adults for 2 nights, but was only given 1 towel. The coffee pot was cracked, so I didn't use it. One of the lamps beside the bed was barely put together. It would fall over if touched.

Jonathan is the best Customer Service employee I have ever known. He is extremely kind and very very helpful. Always has a smile on his face and a welcoming attitude. Plus he makes the best coffee I've ever tasted!

The only thing I didn't like was the small sofa in my room was filthy and needs to be steam cleaned. I can't imagine the germs all over it.! Steam clean the carpets as well.

I didn't have the breakfast. Location was close to my needed location.

There was no Wifi. Every other motel has WiFi. The back door near room 118 was broken and open, meaning it was bad security. The parking lot was littered for 1 or 2 days before an employee policed the area to collect the trash.

We stayed here many times before. Rooms are super clean with all required amenities. The room rate is reasonable and the location is excellent. We can happily recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was very helpful. All though there was only 2 people working the desk they both were also cleaning rooms. They did a great job in helping everyone that came in.

All they needed was someone to work in getting the rooms clean. there was only one more person helping clean rooms and though they did a great job.

Tt’s was close to the freeway, plenty of parking and overflow is still close.

The ally behind the property is a service rd to a sub station. anyone standing behind the fence on that rd can get a good show if you forget to close the blinds.
