Good location next to a gas station and fast food options, comfortable beds, nice clean pool, the front desk employees were super helpful and friendly, I will definitely stay here again when visiting brownsville texas.

The breakfast options were not so good, the juice was watered down and they ran out of scrambled eggs and tortillas quick. It took an hour to bring more food out but by then it was time for me to leave. Also, they only had whole milk for coffee and cereal but my kids and I are lactose so we couldn't enjoy breakfast. Another thing, this hotel needs more lighting outside at night.

I was approached the next morning questioning whether I paid or not. I was asked if I paid for the room and had to go to the front desk to verify if I was booked there. it ended up I was placed in the wrong room and had to move to another room. I was inconvenienced for this mistake made by the hotel staff.

Great hotel for such a good price and the service was awesome. Got extra towels when asked for and they brought us an extra cot for one of my kids to sleep on. room was clean and beds so comfy also the breakfast choices were so awesome my kids loved the Texas waffles. The pool was awesome and clean.

Day of check-in there wasn’t anyone available to handle the mistake done on my accommodations. No supervisor or manager was available to handle my issues till the following day.

Location. Close to family.

Breakfast could have had more variety. Having barbacoa or tamales would have been interesting. The bed was rather high for a short person

The staff is excellent. It always smelled clean and fresh. Did an extended stay and transition was so smooth. Will be staying here in future visits and will recommend to others.

Everything was great but just a suggestion...Maybe a courtesy sign saying no running or talking loudly in hallways to be courteous to other guests.

rooms could have an extra chair for when one wants to eat at table…that’s all but everything else was great !

The workers is kindly people, great customer service, excellent condition of rooms, great breakfast,in my next vacations, meeting or when We need to travel at Brownsville...We will be back!!

Sorry, but We don't saw nothing wrong

The modern changes are helping.

Hotel guests with barking dogs. I love dogs, but people that travel with dogs that have anxiety and bark constantly make for a less than ideal stay at hotels.

The first room we were given the a/c was not working. They quickly went to see the problem and since maintenance was out for the day they did move us to another room. We loved that it’s pet friendly and they have no fee. Will definitely be staying there here next time. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
