Very friendly staff. Hotel was very clean.
We used the washing machine. It didn’t completely spin our clothes. We had to wring all of our clothes out before we put them in the dryer. We couldn’t do a great job like the washing machine should have done. But we did our best. It took 3 times using the dryer to dry most of our clothes. We couldn’t do it any more, we were already going on almost 4 hours of doing one load. I did tell the desk person about it in the morning. I guess when a hotel says they have a laundry for your use, you should expect it to be working.

Checked in online & the only available rooms with 2 beds were on 2nd floor. I mentioned it to the receptionist & he noticed my husband was on oxygen. He said let me check something & switched us to a suite on the first floor. We were meeting up with some other people for a week long trip & the manager let us park our car there until we returned 7 days later. Outstanding customer service.

The price and the laundry room. The TV was easy to navigate. The aquarium in lobby and how close we were able to park to the room.
The location of entrance was always a little rocky. People don't slow down in the lane to turn into the entrance and you almost have to gas it to drive in. Breakfast omelets and sausage was not tasty at all. At check in we were asked if wanted housekeeping and we said yes. Next day when we came back to our room, there was no housekeeping done.

The tub had a chip broken off and some scratches on the end away from the drain and a rust stain on the top of tub, It looked like rust and I tried to wipe it off but I couldn't. Plus in this day and age you would think that all hotels would have USB plugs for a phone. They don't so make sure you take your own to plug into the 120 volt outlet.

it was clean. the room was cool and comfortable and coffee was tasty and hot.
The comforter on the bed was too heavy and therefore hot even with the air conditioner set on 69 degrees. I was glad they had a lightweight blanket in the closet.

We stayed in room 216. The shower head in the bathroom does not provide a wide, even flow. It felt that it opened in a big circle with nothing in the middle of the stream. Annoying.

Front dest host was excellent and I loved that check in was no hassle. They handed my the room key within 2 minutes. I loved the cleanliness of the room and bed sheets. I will definitely return to this hotel, and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone who is looking for a really good place to stay at a low cost. Thank you!!!
