Budget Inn and Suites Corpus Christi

Good location. Good space in the room for my children and I. Staff was nice and pool was clean.

Only issue is there were a lot of men hanging around outside talking loud outside the room. It was hard to sleep if I didn't have the AC on full blast to drown out the talking. Also, being a single mom alone with my 2 young children, it made me feel a little uncomfortable to stay at the pool late or go outside too late at night. When I was at the pool they were hanging around not even swimming. Maybe if there was more staff presence at night I'd have felt more comfortable.

Location is directly across from and only a 30 sec. walk across the road from the city beach with a beautiful view of the bay, especially from the roof top picnic area. You are right on Shore Line so you can drive over the bridge to North Beach for the Texas Aquarium, U.S. Lexington and restaurants, or head the opposite direction for quick access to Padre and Mustang Islands. Swimming pool was small but clean with plenty of room to get in some exercise or lounge around the pool. Room was very clean, sheets and bedding were fresh and water pressure for the shower very strong and good. Room comes with a fridge and freezer which was very cold and the microwave worked well. King bed and mattress very comfortable We requested a one-hour late check out and the check in lady was very accommodating. No problem at all. Check-in was also very smooth.

Facilities are a little old and could use some updating and maintenance. Someone had forced the bathroom door open at some point, leaving a large dent/hole in the middle where it had been hit or kicked, an action which also splintered the frame by the doorknob, so it could not be locked or securely shut. Still able to close the door for privacy, but it would not actually snap shut and needs to be fixed. Hair dryer did not work, and we told the lady handling check-in and out that it needed to be replaced when we left. Only a problem for drying your hair at night, because as anyone knows who's been at the Texas coast, the wind and humidity means you are going to have a constant bad hair day and a hair dryer is not going to help.

When I booked I wasn’t to sure but once I got there I was very impressed the room was very clean not a bad smell ceramic floor queen bed. Very clean shower. Like any other place good refrigerator a/c and small coffee maker. The price was affordable. I really like the place and I’m from mission tx. And if I go back to corpus I would definitely will stay there. 👍👍

Getting up and most of the time you have to wait for your wife to get ready. Maybe have a place to drink coffee watch tv while you wait.

We loved the room, it was clean plenty of light options seating choices. Loved the fact that the room had not one but two fridges one which had a separate freezer. The bed was so comfortable and tv/cable was great (wish remote didn't talk everytime we pushed a button).

Our only true complaint or suggestion is water pressure is great for a hotel/motel but definitely needs to replace/change shower head couldn't shower without water hurting us (uneven spray) or soaking the floor cause you couldn't move it to the side. And door didn't have a true deadbolt to secure after closing.

The location was perfect. My friend and I went there for the beach. It was right across the road. I loved that there was a fridge and microwave, big plus for me!! And the room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely go there again and recommend it to others!!

The front office and cleaning staff were nice. The beds are comfortable. Its right in front of beach , park dog park and restaurants close by. There is a balcony you can sit at and have view to the beach and park. Swimming pool was clean.

It's building needs a new pastel light color to make it look more alive. The orange brownish color and motel being old dont mix. The doors are rusted but painted. The bed covers have cigarrette burn holes which makes it look bad but were clean.The curtains are stained which make you think they are dirty.

Great location comfortable beds just bring a broom floor starts to feel dirty pretty fast and there's no broom😭 lol

No breakfast stayed 3 days didn't get room service had to ask for clean sheets and change my own

tight parking area must get there early or risk parking other areas

Location was nice and close to the water.

People were going in and out of the parking lot quite a bit at night. The price was a little more than I would have liked it to be. The entrance areas should be a little better lite up.
