I loved the location, the cleanliness, the swimming area is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful.

We ordered some drinks at the bar, and the bartender wasn't knowledgeable on basic drinks. The drinks he served were just horrible, and instead of admitting he didn't have certain items, he just made our drinks however he wanted to. They were also very very strong, not good at all. When my mother went to tell him that our drinks were wrong he got offended and defensive and lied that he had explained to me that he didn't have the items to make the drink we requested, which he had never done.

We liked the size of the room. Having a kitchen and living area incorporated into the room was really nice. We enjoyed the bar. A nice place to unwind after the day. Get a drink and not worry about driving. Just very relaxing.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the rooms are generously sized. The hotel staff is courteous and friendly.

My experience with breakfast was less than ideal. It seemed incongruous for a hotel belonging to a large chain to serve breakfast with disposable plastic cutlery and paper plates. Furthermore, it did not align with the hotel's otherwise eco-friendly ethos. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that there was no readily available water for guests in the lobby or rooms.

The property was nice, the pool was clean, and it was right next to the Beach! The room was spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

The bed could have been softer. The couch they had in the room is not practical in any sense of the word. It's this slick material that you slide off of. It is like someone saw the couch and thought "that would look nice," agreed, but it isn't functional.

The location and stay was beautiful and wonderful. The suite was more than spacious enough. Plenty of towels and complementaries. The extra security to access the rooms was much appreciated.

Everyone and everything was great. I'd say the blinking flashing light on the ceiling in the room was a bit of annoyance when sleeping.

The room and property are clean and comfortable. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is a good variety and delicious.

Our room was a bay view room which was great. However, at night and on the weekends people gather across the street at a public parking lot and make a lot of noise with their cars racing engines and screeching tires. It kept us up even while we were on the fifth floor. Had we known across the street was a gathering place for tailgating and cruising, we would have asked for a room on the other side of the building.

I enjoyed the modern clean room and felt the layout was well thought out including the rotating tv! I liked the availability of a suite with a kitchen option overlooking the bay! Breakfast options were excellent including the offering of healthier choices.

No fault of the hotel, but the traffic outside was loud in the evenings.

I reserved a King room with a bayside view 3 weeks in advance of our stay as it was our 47th wedding anniversary. On arrival we were given a double queen room and told sorry that no King rooms were available! After much discussion we were given a King room for the 2nd day of our stay. Our first night’s stay was very uncomfortable!

Excellent customer service, my family was very impressed Front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. This hotel will be our favorite one from now on Thanks
