Best Western Nursanickel Hotel

Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, location was great, office staff was friendly

A/c struggled to keep up and didn't circulate air well, it was cool enough and could have been much worse, lighting near door and a/c unit inside the room could have been brighter Those are very picky things, no real complaints overall. Will definitely stay here again!

Location is perfect, food is nearby , loves is nearby and the property is kept up. Room was on the 2nd floor( no elevator) 2 queen beds were spacious, refrigerator functional, restroom is very small , shower is small but comfortable. Cleanliness was okay, we did find bottle cap on the floor and an old orange above the refrigerator. The room looked modern and clean. Their breakfast had a great selection, staff was very courteous !! Parking is very tight! The train passed by once during the middle of the night but it wasn’t extremely loud or bothersome, my child slept through the sound. There is a microwave and tv. I would stay here again!!! Room 265 was room we stayed in. Just in case all rooms are different. One night stay!

The breakfast room is just too small for the size of the motel. Both times that we have stayed in the past week we have had to stand while waiting for a place to sit. on a Saturday night the town seems to close up at 8 pm. There was hardly any place open for us to eat.

Clean & comfortable. Great continental breakfast.

Right next to the railroad tracks $ trains went by all through the night. They did have free earplugs on the counter at checkin so I highly recommend getting a pair for the night. I used some & they really made a difference!

Comfy beds Loved the jacuzzi Registration was easy and the young lady helping us was so nice and knowledgeable!!!

Parking is not adequate for the # of rooms and cars Train noise is irritating...and several times per night

I was sick when we arrived to the hotel and the room was under my name but the staff let my husband check us in.

The bathroom is a bit tiny but the main thing was the AC unit was super loud kicking off and on.

I was a little skeptical when I first arrived due to the nature of the location but upon entering the room was extremely surprised at the comfort and condition of the room. Very nice!

Room updated and clean. Very nice facility. Hot breakfast and coffee. Would stay there again.

Kind of noisy intersection.

For the issues we are living with, the breakfast was adequate. The location on that busy intersection made leaving the parking lot hard. The staff (Brandi and Tempi) were marvelous!

I had issues with my shower and with the sink draining. The staff heard me and were very kind.

Less carbs-I know that is not your fault though because of Covid.

I understand that this is an old facility however some of the peeling paint could have been updated. First impression of the room was that it looked very nice.
