The room was clean and comfortable and in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The gym was limited and had some equipment that was broken or missing pieces. The breakfast left a lot to be desired (the food lacked flavor and the oatmeal was soupy) and egg cross contamination was a concern for our son. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast.

no Fox News pull out sofa had no sheets, asked for some sheets and was given 3 pillow cases. returned those and was given a blanket, so asked again for sheets and 3rd time received one sheet. gave up on getting a top sheet. The electrical outlet outside of the bathroom had my phone charger in it and the sliding door knocked it it off the outlet without me realizing it until the morning so my phone didn’t charge.

The property is beautiful and in a great location. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful, clean and nicely furnished.
the breakfast wasn’t great but the property did offer some unique items on their menu. unfortunately, the food was either cold or rubbery and not very appetizing.

Hotel was amazing as was the staff. Very clean and comfortable. Parking lot was so well lit. This was huge to me as I was traveling with my sister and niece. The welcome message on the TV was a nice added touch. Would recommend 10 out of 10!!

It was the first day for guests, so it was very new and clean. I LOVE LOVE the refill soaps in the bathroom, no little plastic bottles, two thumbs up for taking a steps to being environmentally wise.
Breakfast was good. The oatmeal was not ready but I chalk that up to not knowing how long it takes to cook. I'm sure it will be taken care of.

No carts for luggage-staff couldn’t find them anywhere Breakfast was missing items. There were 15 minutes left and not much left. Breakfast hours need to be longer especially on the weekend.

took me 5 tries to get the door open lol The new handles were just stiff so you had to crank down a little.

Hallways and lobby were very warm and uncomfortable and the smell of cow manure was everywhere. Then again it is West Texas.
