Staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. Nice lobby area. Room was large and loved having a large fridge and equipped kitchen. Location was super convenient to area conference. Loved having a convenience store and Panera Bread in the adjacent parking lot.

Garbage disposal was not working at check in, had to wait for service the next morning. Dirt in corners of the bathroom. Bed was a bit hard. Had someone come in to leave towels and since door didn't fully shut my door was ajar all day. Area, homeless tents and people sleeping in close proximity to the parking lot, sad situation.

Brand new room, we were told the hotel was 3 weeks old, pleasant and useful dishes, cups, silverware, very comfortable beds. Beautiful classic and simple decor. Professional and helpful front desk staff. Room sparkling clean. Easy to use walk-in shower with nice shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

The motion lights in the entrance which automatically turned on when someone got up to use the bathroom at night disturbed those sleeping on the pullout sofa bed. A fair number of homeless people around the 7-eleven near the hotel including 2 large intimidating dogs running loose and tethered together by a leash. It appeared from the third floor floor where we were that a homeless man was urinating behind 7-eleven.

At first I was a bit unnerved because it’s kind of just off the highway. Not really walking distance to anything. but the hotel looks new. the rooms are spacious and well equipped and the staff could not be nicer. They all were just lovely!! The breakfast was even surprisingly good. I came for the gift show at the dallas mart and the hotel is about a 1/2 mile from there. so it was a cheap uber ride!

Everything about this place was great. The only problem was some sketchy folks that seem to hang out all night at a next-door convenience store. There is no barrier between them and the hotel parking. No actual problems, but an uneasy feeling. Then the next day I saw that there was a camp of homeless folks on the side boulevard of Harry Hines. None of this is the hotels fault, and it is a growing problem in all major cities, hence my 9/10 rating still for the hotel.

I loved that the place was new and the staff was very friendly. The gym room had lots of weights so you can work out and the room was exceptionally spacious and clean. It made our stay very comfortable. It was also very convenient to have a 7/11 close by. This place without traffic is 10-15 mins from downtown. Loved the location

reasonably sized Room have very excellent amenities like Basic Kitchen, Big Size Refrigerator, Big Size Microwave, Bed. Breakfast was just average need to improve options including Hot menu.

Area has lot of homeless people around especially at nearby Gas Station. Breakfast on average - need to improve. Bathroom Sink should be flushed with side wales.

The room was spacious and was clean. Employees are very welcoming and the complimentary breakfast was good.

The are homeless tent some yards away from the property but they never messed with you and I never had any issues with them.

Some airplane noise (close to Love Field) and wouldn’t go outside late…not a “good” area. Homeless camped next door at station.

The breakfast was great my room was super great and comfy.

Couldn't access the wifi. Kept saying I wasn't in the system. Front desk said to just try over and over again. Eventually I would connect. IT never happen.

Excellent customer service. May at the front desk was excellent, both on the phone and during our stay. In all my travels I have not had any better service.

We enjoyed everything about our stay.
