Room was clean and spacious. The fitness centre was well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location, a short drive away from Downtown. You can hear the noise of the traffic though.

The breakfast was overpriced with a poor selection of food (and you had to request juice or water). The car parking was a faff to sort and expensive.

I thought it was going to be a little cheaper than what they were charging but they said we get a security back. Also we left an item we were wondering if they can mail it to us. It was a small bag of crocodile charms.we are not sure where it was left.

Location and room were good.

Having car was $25.00 per day. Was not aware of this fee in advance. There was no shelf in shower to hold soap or shampoo. Had to bend up and down to floor. Coffee maker in room, but no coffee water or anything. I just feel like the room was half done. Small things, but a disappointment.

We only stayed one night so that we could catch a flight the next day. The room was excellent for the price and provided a mini fridge, desk, living room, and separate bedroom. I could see us staying here in the future for longer visits to the Dallas area and will definitely consider it in the future.

First of all I love the room. I got the king suit. The bed was so comfy. Everything was very clean. The location is perfect if you want to be close to downtown, but not exactly where you need a valet. I highly recommend. Pool I loved. This is the first time I rate a hotel, because of how much I liked it.

Something I really did not like was that they give a very small amount of toiletries.

I just asked for coffee and a slice of toast with jam. This was kindly given to me without charge.

I hate those duvet coverings on the beds in hotels and always remove the quilt and use only the sheet and duvet cover for sleeping. I was happy that the bed had sheets. Also, the AC blew directly on my head in the bed so I put my head at the foot of the bed - made it work.

We booked the one bedroom suite...it was amazing...spacious and a very comfy bed.

Paid parking....with the cost of the room we shouldn't have to pay for parking. May I suggest registering the vehicle to access the parking lot, but to pay 24 per night is a bit much i think. Think about it!!

Loved the layout of the suite. Couch was comfy. Bathroom had plenty room. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the restaurant.

Would have liked more options to choose from at the restaurant for dinner. Our stay was great.

Did not have breakfast at the facility.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a microwave in the room and the internet wasn’t free.
