The rooms were exceptionally clean. It is an older motel that has been nicely updated with attention to detail. The rooms are a bit small compared to newer motels but provides all your comforts. The cleanliness and condition of the room was better than what we've experienced in 4 star motels. We enjoyed the western hunting and fishing motif that the motel is decorated with. The area was very quiet with enough restaurants in the area to give you a choice. The breakfast offerings are waffles or cereal. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with, we appreciated that they placed us on the quieter side of the building away from the workers that were staying there. We would stay there again

I was hoping for some fresh donuts from the shop across the street, other than that we have no complaints.

This is very old school hotel, sort of what I remember from the 1980s. It was extremely clean, and the office staff very nice, friendly, and helpful! The hotel is motorcycle friendly, and I would recoomend it for an overnight, inexpensive stay while riding in the Texas Hill Country.

All was great, simple, and about right for the low cost of the hotel.

It was very nice and clean. The lighting outside was good so we felt very secure about the items in the back of our truck. I would definitely suggest this place 😊 the price and location was perfect for us.

Nicely remodeled with a country flair. Rooms have custom murals which is a nice, unique touch. Very clean and A/C worked great....looked like newer models. Fridge and microwave worked great as well as DirectTV. You can tell they really put in some effort to update a classic motel. Overall an excellent value. We travel with alot of camera gear along with luggage, so it is very nice to back right up to your motel door for loading/unloading. We felt pretty safe.

First night, mattress was as hard as the floor. I couldn't sleep much and that morning was in pain. Addressed the issue with management who moved us to another room with a MUCH better mattress. I slept like a baby. :-) So, a "dislike" turned into a "like". Just be sure to check the mattress in your assigned room first. A minor complaint is early morning traffic on the road (around 6-7am) with loud, unmuffled pickup trucks. Nothing the property can do about that though. Not much of an issue for us since we are early risers. Everything was quiet after 9-10pm as the town shuts down.

Very clean & loved the wall mural & that each room had a mini mural outside each door. The bed was comfortable & The a/c worked great. TV did not work, recent storms may have caused that, mgr came to try & fix, but could not. Other than that would definitely recommend & stay here again.

LOCATION: almost the middle of city. 2 amazing restaurants across the street. CLEANLINESS: Very clean! COMFORT: Everything needed for an extended stay was in our room. Microwave, fridge. STAFF: We did not even have to ask. They would come to our room and bring what we needed. This place was also very relaxing. No loud traffic noise. We would step out our room and noise was minimal.

Although it was a dated hotel, the owners took it and flipped it. It complemented the appearance of its surroundings, while still attempting to be a modern hotel within.

The mattress was very lumpy and hard. The walls were very thin, we could hear our neighbors talk.

Kitschy and homey decor, especially the hand-painted and drawn wall stenciled-type decorations and unique themed doorside tiny paintings. The manager/owner's garden.

I had a problem getting their tv to work. The manager/owner figured it out herself with some phone help. Smart woman!

Exceeded expectations! Very clean, room in great condition, and having a few extras (like a microwave and mini fridge) was really helpful while traveling. The staff also kindly put a clean rag to use for wiping surfaces in the room, which was a nice touch and useful. I like that each room has a different theme. I'll definitely stay again if I pass through Junction.

The rooms are very modern compared to other hotels in the area for a good price! Honesty we were surprised how cheap it was for how good the rooms look in the inside, the frost desk lady was very sweet and more than willing to help with any questions!
