Holiday Inn Express & Suites Junction, an IHG Hotel

The room was very spacious and well-appointed and all the facilities were great. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and, in particular, the young man who checked us in couldn't have done more for us. The breakfast was very good and again, the dining room staff were great. All in all, it was a great hotel for a one night stopover in Junction, and I would definitely stay there again if I was passing through. 10/10!

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Cleanliness of the hotel. Beds and pillows are comfortable. I like the LED back lights behind the wardrobe. It was perfect for indirect lighting in the room. Like the full length mirror and hooks. I like the workout room it was nice.

Need more coffee choices during breakfast time. The coffee is a little weak. Also some real half-n-half would be nice too. Need more low carb food choices for breakfast and healthy greens and vegetable items.

The staff here were all great. Front desk, breakfast area, cleaning staff - everyone. They accommodated my late arrival to breakfast after having arrived super late the night before. The place was pretty clean and I liked that it was a bit more tucked away from the main road than other surrounding hotel options making for a more quiet night.

Just some noise from hallways but not more than usual at hotels.

I was most impressed with the person handling the breakfast. The hotel obviously caters to a lot of truckers who have to get on the road early, as did we. She opened the breakfast 15 minutes early as we were taking bags to our car. There were also several other men that looked like they were preparing to leave. We were all so happy to see the breakfast area open and we all took time to have breakfast before getting on the road. The woman, so sorry I don’t remember her name, was so kind, so sweet, pleasant and accommodating! I can’t say how much she improved our experience!!

I had very poor reception from the WiFi and had difficulty logging in to the hotel WiFi because my they shortened my last name somewhere and I was unable to log in.

Room was very clean, well lit & spacious. When checking in, we were scheduled to be put on the second floor, but I asked if she had anything on the first floor. She did, & quickly changed us. Breakfast was very good.

love the dove products included in the bathroom. they smell amazing and are not cheap. bathroom is super spacious and bright. love the way the toilet has a little wall blocking it from the sink. plenty of outlets to charge devices

no tub. just a stand up shower. maybe the suites have tubs but the regular rooms do not

The hotel was immaculate and staff member I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable about their job. Chose to spend more money here instead of just getting a regular from at the hotel next door, which I did a couple days earlier. While there was nothing wrong with the hotel, this was money very well spent.

Room very clean , nice beds liked the shampoo soap lotion dispenser. Pool Breakfast great!!

Staff not friendly front desk at check in or check out… but did help when we called down to make noise complaint … Coffee maker in room was broken Shower only no bath tub for small children

I read the reviews prior to making reservations and I was hesitant to stay at a hotel in a little West Texas town. This place impressed me! Very clean and exceptional service. Breakfast was wonderful, again, far exceeding my expectations. Keep up the good work.
