Courtyard by Marriott Lake Jackson

Location was perfect, I was close to the realtor and the areas I was looking in to purchase a home to move back to Texas. It was also conveniently located near malls, an abundance of restaurants, and specialty stores. I really enjoyed my coffee machine in the room and the fact it had a mini fridge I could put my flavored creamer. I loved the exercise room and the ability to do my laundry at the same time.

Breakfast was all right but expensive and because it is not a full time café, I couldn't go when ever I wanted and selection was limited. I probably would have gone for breakfast, lunch and dinner at various times even though there are a lot of options around which meant I had to drive to them.

Clean as always. Very comfortable bed. Quiet room.

The outdoor fire pit was not in operation. (It wasn’t in operation last year when we stayed here either)

We stay in this area often. This has been the nicest stay for us. We will make this place our preferred choice for future bookings.

My stay wasn't long enough...LOL! but we will be back soon enough.

Close to doctors office Very clean. I liked the way the doors locked. Lady at front desk was very nice.

Did not like the fact you could not get much of a variety of food. Would love to have had room service. We were given a room that viewed the aircondtioning units when we could have gotten one that viewed the pool just a few doors down that no one was in!

lack of covered outdoor seating. patio area is beautiful but there’s not a single seat with a cover over it. it rained and we wanted to sit outside but couldn’t.

Clean, good location, nice hotel

Not pet friendly. Only had one person for the entire bar and restaurant. He had to do everything including the cooking. Waited 30 minutes for service.

We did not eat had to stay during artic vortex in able to make it to work at the Hospital, The staff was very professional and friendly. If asked for anything willing to help, Would recommend them highly.

Lack of room cleaning. Said would change the towels if left on the floor. Did not even come into our room.
