staff wasn’t to friendly water pressure wasn’t very good and Wi-Fi didn’t work

Exceptionally clean. Updated mattress/bedding, walk-in shower with sliding glass door. Wonderful, clean smell in room. No smoke, no mustiness, no leftover food smell, no potpourri cover up, no pet smell. Wifi was easily connected, TV had nice selections.

No hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, or face wipe in room. No clothing bag for dirty laundry. No explanation given for if there were a continental breakfast, or where the pool was located. Nobody seen at front desk except for time of check-in.

The location was great. Close enough to the beach without the cost of staying on the beach with the crowd. Lake Jackson seems like a great town. The hotel was priced for a family on a budget. The parking lot is clean and safe. The staff were friendly and polite.

Breakfast. At least muffins and juice and refill the coffee pot. You have to add up to my favorite place to stay which is the Super 8 in Fort Worth off 820 and Beach Street. They always have coffee, juice available and coffee all morning until about 11am. But overall it's a great place to stay if you want a clean place for for cheap price.

It was really clean and updated, very roomy, big doors, wood flooring, white color bed blankets and bright color restroom. Liked the kitchenette even though we didn't use it.

We were visiting family for a birthday party and had not checked in yet at 7pm we called and was told we had to go check in by 10pm otherwise we would lose our room even though they already had our credit card number. Good thing it was only 12 minutes away. But it was an inconvenience because we were not ready to leave the party yet. Also for the price they should have breakfast.

Great parking, good key card security access, friendly & helpful. Full size refrigerator, 2 burners & microwave great for easy meals in room. Walk-in shower and plenty of bathroom space. Room has shelving/cubbies and hanging space easily accessible for long stay. Comfortable room.

Elevator needed attention. I prefer a firmer bed.

Nice room with small kitchen. Makes for a perfect home base in the area. The room was very new and clean, and the staff were very friendly.

There were no accessories (pans, plates, etc.) in the kitchen. Also, no shampoo or lotion in the bathroom, just one bar of soap. They did give me some shampoo when I asked, though.

From the outside it was well taken care of. The inside was the same as well. Although it did smell like people were smoking in the hotel. Not sure if they allow that but I didn’t mind it so much.

The room was clean and the staff were sp polite.

The walls are kind of thin and the people next to me were really loud all night long.

The coffee bar was not stocked until 10 am so there were no cups and condiments and no pans or anything was offered by staff for the kitchenette
