Motel 6-Lewisville, TX - Medical City

The Assistant Mgr. checked my wife and myself in at what was the end of the most horrific 4 1/2 days of our lives which included occurrences ranging from having our belongings thrown in a dumpster after being told we could leave them where they were to being caught in 38 degree weather in a sudden and intense rainstorm in which the rest of our things were soaked and ruined. But when we came in he gave us a big smile and helped us get through the check in with a positive and cheerful demeanor. And when things were squared away he thanked us for our business, made sure we were on the right floor, and checked on us 2x more before he finished his shift.

The only reason i couldn't give a 10 score is because the google-pay on the vending machine didnt work.

The staff...especially the Person who I spoke to at day-time , and the Evening gentleman .....Jay, they are extremely full of Customer Service Care 100%. You guys deserve to work at a 5 Star Hotel and more.. The Room was Clean Beyond my Expectations (Knowing the Reputation of Motel 6) and I got the "Non-Smoking Room" that I requested. Loved the wooden floor😍 as opposed to Carpet😬. Even the Hallways were Clean. Keep it up with the Good Staff....Coz they keep the Place Very Habitable and Comfortable.

My next door neighbor had 2 dogs (Rottweilers).....Im not a pet person....and I don't dislike pets.....however...I don't want to lay in bed knowing that my bed may have had 3 or 7 dogs/Cats laying in it...I do smell the fur of pets and have an extremely good Vision and Sense where pets have been coz they leave Fur behind...... I just think you should have a different Wing for Pet lovers who bring their pets.

The manager was exceptionally nice and professional eager to help and they gave .y wake up calls for work promptly. I would definitely stay there again..the only thing was wrong was the ice maker was broken and I love ice with my drinks and tbh I needed another week but the ice maker still wasn't fixed so that was the only reason I left.

The ice maker was broken. And the laundry room didn't have a change machine

Everything was great. I was able to park in the front so was able to see my car from the window. The front desk was very friendly I really enjoyed my stay. It was perfect

Do not change a thing far as the inside But at first when I pull up there was white car in the back was missing a tire I do not know if it had flat or someone had stole the tire but all I know I was blessed to park in the front

THE BEDS - most comfortable motel 6 beds I’ve ever slept in. wow. 100% Very friendly staff — greatly appreciated. they deserve pay raises for their positivities. Elevators — Amen!!

Creepy and Nasty male guests assuming a solo female guest sitting outside for fresh air with a glass of wine (me) is looking sex. ugh. Lowest budget stays are famous for that.

The staff was great as always! Super friendly people that work there. Had a few hiccups but that didn't stop us from giving them another chance!!

When we got to the room, there were roaches everywhere. Not doing that! So for another room on another floor. That room key didn't work for the new room. Finally got everything fixed and the staff was very apologetic!

They were equally nice and accommodating to the traveling construction workers as the are to a traveling family, Business owners, farmers and ranch hands and a sing traveling lady. All equal to the staff.

Breakfast is served @ 6 and most constr. Wkrs. Miss out. Most have 30min drive and are expected to be @ work early.. So we don't get the entirety of what we pay.

The manager by the Name of Shu was exceptionally professional and pleasant. He accommodated my family excellently. We were from Georgia and my son from Louisiana met with our family in Dallas for a quick family reunion over Spring break. Shu, the manager, helped make ot a great experience.

There were some guest that seem threatening with their behavior but you can't do anything about someone who presents themselves one way to acquire what they want then change when they feel nothing can be done about it.

The updated rooms and bathrooms were very nice and clean. Good size room too. The staff was also very nice. Good value

The hotel smelled like weed and the floor is wavy. Did not pair well with my vertigo lol
