Hampton Inn and Suites Dallas/Lewisville-Vista Ridge Mall

Room was spacious and clear. Shower was huge! There was even a small gym, which was nice. The pool (spa) was outside and unfortunately it rained that day so could not use it.

I was not pleased with the selection of the breakfast, at least not to the European standards. There were too much "sweet pastries" so it was hard to try and eat healthy. It was good to have the small shop next to the reception but purchased 2 small beers and they did not have beer-opener.

The location was perfect for my needs. Breakfast was good but not enough of it. It came out too slowly and I had to wait every morning for more to come out. It seems when they are full that they should make more at one time. But even after waiting my omelet was cold.

There were only 2 coffee packets when I arrived for a 3 day stay and no coffee cups. So I had to continually ask for more coffee and cups since there was no housekeeping

The room was big. The staff was friendly all during my stay.

The bathroom light switch in room 509. Need to replace motion sensor or put a old type switch. Also, kids were playing "knock and run" on the weekend. I notified staff, and they corrected the issue. Great job on that btw

The staff were all super helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area, the hotel and staff were above and beyond my expectations!

I've stayed at this location a few times. Every time, it has exceeded my expectations. The staff is always friendly and very informative. I really feel at home here.

Breakfast was wonderful and I had dietary restrictions. Room was very clean and comfortable.

One of the front desk receptionists was complaining to me about being called in on her day off. I then was having connectivity issues and she was not helpful, in fact, I called down to the desk and she put me on an eternal hold and never got back to me with help.

Expected breakfast based on booking.com, however they had a muffin that you could choose on your way out, coffee, no juice or even water. NOTHING like advertised on this site. AND they were miffed that we booked via 3rd party, said if we had looked at their site it says no breakfast due to covid.

We had to ask for toilet paper and kleenex. The only in there was what was on the roll and a partial box of tissue. That was annoying and inconvenient.

The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and professional and always wanted to please.

The hotel was hot in the hallways. The front of the air conditioner in my room was broken. Only one of the two elevators worked.

Great polite and friendly desk staff. Kelly? Very helpful in getting us checked in ahead of time. great on the phone too!
