Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport North Coppell Grapevine

We enjoyed everything about this hotel! It was easy to book online, and at the last min was able to get 2 rooms fairly close to each other. It was clean, and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and they had plenty of breakfast for everyone. It was packed at breakfast time, but they made sure the food didn't run out. I also liked that their pool was indoors. If ever back in town we will definitely book here at this hotel again.

The lobby, halls, and rooms are clean or new. Breakfast is the typical fare you find at most hotels. The gym was also clean and well maintained. The windows blocked all noise from the highway, and the pull-down shade is genius. It lets light in without being in full view.

The pool was so cold. My kids' lips turned blue after playing or trying to play while shivering after barely 20 minutes. I looked for a hotel with an indoor pool to avoid this. Then upon returning to the room, there is only a shower. after a freezing bout in the pool, my kids wanted nothing more than a warm bath. I do acknowledge that I didn't scroll through the pictures of the room, so I was not aware of this new bathroom style. The room we stayed in had the door jammed into the shower the wrong way, so you could not turn the water on without getting fully in or funneling water onto the bathroom floor.

Very convenient location for us as we were getting some remodeling done on our house nearby.

Room was great except for the loud noise each night from the AC/heat unit. Temperture was maintained well but each time fan would turn off and on was very loud. Bed was great but that noise didnt make for a peaceful sleep.

The staff member that you had working breakfast was such a breath of fresh air-so cheerful and helpful! A lot of times the folks in the breakfast area aren't nearly so cheerful and helpful to visitors...and I have had some in the past just tell me that they don't have what I am looking for and so sorry...don't stay at the particular chain of hotels anymore for that reason...surly staff!! Your staff was amazing!!

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. Location was good for us due to proximity to family home. It is very new so everything works. The shower was a good size.

Cleaning staff was less than stellar. We had to ask for toilet paper, (we had started out with two partial rolls) when housekeeping was asked in the hallway, she said she didn't have any on her cart. It was pushed against the wall and she just didn't want to move it to get to them. We got some from the front desk later. Of course I knew they were only going to clean the room every third day, but on our third day the housekeeper was a no show. Luckily we had enough clean towels. Felt sorry for the desk clerk, was not their fault.

The room and especially the bathroom was very clean and spacious. The location was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

I could hear the people walking above me but that wasn't too bothersome.

Breakfast was Mediocre. Oatmeal too watery. Eggs tasted “fake” but would have been better with Mexican salsa. (There s was hot sauce but that’s not the same thing.)

Everyone was so friendly and everything was really clean. Nice large area to enjoy breakfast.

Breakfast. Not much to breakfast but not that big of a deal to me.
