Quality Inn & Suites Lubbock

The Room was very clean, the bed was extra comfy, The price was exceptional, The location was great. It was a good experience all the way around. Definitely will be staying again.

The only thing I did not like is when the other parties that stayed at the hotel, when they would leave their rooms at night I could hear their door slam, but was no big deal.

My stay was great! The price for the motel was just right and the room was very comforting and noise free. Breakfast was great and motels need more people like the front desk lady. I can’t remember her name but she is the most sweetest and polite worker that made me feel welcome and comfortable. I would recommend this motel to anybody!

The only issue I had was the smell in the facility.

The breakfast was amazing 🤩.....rooms were very clean!! Beds were super comfy, ac worked.....I froze my family out by keeping our room at 60 haha!! Staff was cool!! Pool was big and clean, hot tub as well!! Perfect weekend stay!! Most definitely will go back, just wish it was a tad bit cheaper 😞

Our shower was broken and the fridge was leaking that had a little flood in the room but we were switched to another room. We were disappointed that the pool was not heated and the jacuzzi was not working.

Room was clean and comfortable. Fridge, microwave, desk. The hot breakfast was good. Plenty of food and they kept restocking until the breakfast hours were up.

Price seemed a little high but consistent with the area. Hotels prices seem high in Lubbock possibly because it was homecoming weekend at Tech.

I was pleasantly surprised that actual hot food (eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy (which needed a little seasoning) was served for breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean.

My husband said that the coffee was cold. There was pepper but no salt shakers or packets of salt anywhere. One customer got really loud and was hollering down the hall to other family or friends; I didn’t know what to do - didn’t know if anyone at the Front Desk could hear him or not (we were in Rm. 226 and he was a room or 2 down the hall further from our room. Luckily this customer’s loudness lasted for about only 20-30 minutes.

good location. clean rooms. friendly staff. pool and hot tub were nice. breakfast was good.

no towels in the pool area. we had to ask the front desk for some. the beds were comfy while sleeping but a little hard and a pillow case and one comforter were stained.

it was comfortable and a reasonable distance from Texas Tech University.

although it was a full breakfast it wasn’t especially tasty. there were some people staying at the hotel long-term who made us feel a little uncomfortable but the staff was great about assuring our safety.

.The facility was well kept and the staff was very professional. It was perfect for my weekend of relaxation.

At the time of my check-in, there was a communication with Booking.com and Quality Inn as to my online payment. Thankfully, the staff fixed the issue right away.

I had a UHaul and Trailer and it was easy to park parallel on a weekday. Could be an issue if they had been busier. Food was decent and plentiful. Front desk was helpful, polite and informative. I have very good/sensitive hearing. Overall there wad little noise except from the freeway occasionally.
