Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice amenities, nice location. Everything great except one thing.

We were given a room next to a noisy family. Doors kept slamming due to having the children go in and out of the rooms and running down the hall. It happened late-night (11:30 and on) and early in the morning. (Woke up around 7 and happened maybe thrice more til 11am) So that took the experience of waking up "semi" late away.

The room was nice and clean. So clean the beds smelled like I was at the hospital. The staff was amazing and friendly. They even answered some of my questions.

The only thing wrong was the broken down elevator, so with that they decided to cancel the reservation with Booking, and gave us another room. That was great customer service. 11/10

The location was convenient to shopping center and to convenience stores. Although we arrived late in the evening to the hotel, the staff was very inviting and made check in easy and quick.

The night we stayed in the hotel, there was a bad storm in the area which caused damage to the property. My spouse and I were up the majority of the night and just as we were able to doze off, breakfast was being served (6am to 9am). Needless to say, upon checkout, we were extremely exhausted and hungry, but we understand that the storm was not the hotel's fault,

The facility itself was very clean and pretty to the sight. Our room was VERY presentable, thank you very much Jose for that! Would have enjoyed to gone swimming but we checked in later than expected. But overall was really satisfied with the friendly staff and comfy bed!!!

I was woken up at 2:30am by a dog barking? NOT what I was expecting or wanted to hear...period.

Good service from employees, nice big room with fridge and personal AC unit.

Toilet without lid, pillows were weird, no additional pillows, sheets or blankets. 1 sink for a 2 bed bedroom. Breakfast was not great.

i didnt get a chance to eat the food so i can't give an opinion

i didnt like the fact that they thru away something i had placed with rest of my things in the restroom.

Clean, safe, convenient mid-Valley location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Good location next to a Whataburger and a Starbucks.

I liked everything.

We reserved a king suite with couch & didn’t get it. We had no reduction of price either. They weren’t flexible because we made reservation by “a third party” we’d have to talk with mgr & never saw the mgr. Booking.com, will you reimburse us the difference of the room change?

It was fine.

We arrived close to midnight, tired from a long drive. The checkout at the front desk was fast. Took less than 5 mins to get our room keys and get in the elevator. Rooms were clean and ready. Bed was comfortable, the sheets fresh and crisp. Noise levels were extremely low considering the hotel is next to the highway. Overall great experience.

Everything - It was nice, comfortable, spacious, and clean.

The walls are very thin :( and we could hear ever ly door slam and people walking as they were walking down the halls
