The staff is great! The location is wonderful! The rooms are comfy! We have stayed here a few times to visit family in the area and think it’s a great value for the money and a comfortable place to be for a week! I don’t consider myself a hotel snob but I like to stay somewhere nice. It doesn’t have to be super fancy and expensive just clean, nice staff, nice rooms, and good location. I’ll pay extra to stay at nice places and I have paid more for other places and been disappointed, which I why I love this hotel!

Very clean. Breakfast was good. Offered a large variety of drinks, tea,juices, and coffee/decaf. You can make your own Texas shaped waffles. muffins and bagels, toast too. Eggs and chorizo was ok. The lady in the kitchen was very friendly, super nice and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. Good value. Updated new rooms. Parking is safe, no issues at all with availability. Just pick this place!

Elevator was out during our 4 day stay. My elderly dad had a hard time going up and down the stairs.

The property and rooms were very nice and clean, and the staff were very friendly. Good breakfast too.

unfortunately, going up to the second and third floors, it was very warm in the halls. We were situated on the third floor and our room was not as cold as we would’ve liked it to be, since it was near 100° outside. And since there are no ceiling fans, it was a bit uncomfortable.

The breakfast was good with a chose of hot or cold entrees. The heated choses could have been a little warmer but that just me. The grounds and parking areas were clean with no litter. Pool area was relaxing with few or no other guests, Pool could stand to be vacuum in the mornings since there are trees around the deck.

There was a faint order when entering the lobby and the elevator. Could be from the brand of cleaning materials but it is a little unpleasant.

Looked brand new. Jason at the front desk was awesome. I had arrived earlier than anticipated. He directed me to their coffee machine and was able to check me in early. He pulled through like a champ!

The room wasn’t immaculate, but I don’t expect perfection. it was close, but you could tell some things were missed on the cleaning side of it.

Clean and very comfortable room. Thick towels and refrigerator with a freezer. Friendly, helpful desk staff at check in. Landscaping was minimal but well done and maintained. Breakfast included omelettes. Good water pressure and temperature for showering.

Missing sink stopper in room. Grumpy desk staff when leaving. Very noisy highway traffic at night. One tiny elevator to serve all rooms. Small room size in a king room.

The location

The linen and towels on the bed and bathroom were too worn out and old. They really need to be replaced soon. Also, we had the impression the bed sheet was not changed from the previous day. It did have so many wrinkles resembling the marks that someone leaves after a whole night's sleep.

Everything was great . Property has a good location. Very clean and Some staff very friendly . Only problem was some ghetto customers that stayed there had very bad attitudes and had a problem with my husband because he is from Mexico . I dislike racist people . But it was not staff it was other customers . But I will definitely stay there again.

It was a great place to stay. You can rest so well and the breakfast was perfect. I would stay again in the same place. I will recommend my friends and family Best Western Hotel. The price is also the best.

I have no complaints.
