size of the room is fantastic double queen with sofa bed and the kitchenette was super convenient for reheating. it has very good access to the I30 and into Dallas and Rockwall for good restaurants. tea coffee and hot water 24 hours was a nice touch.

for an 8 night stay there was one “cleanse” however wasn’t what we expected, not only was the bed linen not changed but they didn’t even make it up. and our requests for vacuuming and towel refresh was not carried out the first time round. breakfast was ok just lacked variety for a longer stay

I was upset that the man at the front desk when I asked for towels he said “was I going to take the towels home?” Then, I was grilling and the propane tank was empty. My son had to switch out the tanks. Told front desk and all I was told was she might give me points 🤔. Need better management‼️‼️

Having to refill YALL propane tanks because y’all person wasn’t there for the weekend ‼️The sausage breakfast was OLD and burnt ‼️

The room was wonderful But the outside carpet dirty, pool space dirty. Breakfast was a disappointment considering I stayed in other home2 suite hotels in plano and everywhere was wonderful All in all was a little disappointing since it’s brand new and should be clean.

Clean often, no carpet stains and similar food items as the other hotels Somehow the same items were not there and what was there had too much cheese or not organized and even the coffee was sour, did not taste as the plano or Richardson location

Breakfast was nice and hot,. The staff was very nice, and greeted us with a smile. Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back whenever we're in the Rowlett area. You can count on us referring your hotel to family and friends.

We couldn't find one thing to complain about for the night that we stayed.

I liked the location and the size of my room.

The breakfast could have a lot more variety and the eggs tasted gross like they were frozen or powder not fresh at all. I expect a great variety and fresh eggs for the price I'm being charged. I also expect to have linens in the room I'm staying in I don't want to have to ask for bedding when I put how many people will be attending.

The rooms were a good size. They included a full kitchen (regular-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, etc.) complete with utensils and other necessities needed if someone stayed for an extended stay. The rooms were clean (the overall property was well-maintained), and the front desk staff was wonderful!

I loved everything about this hotel, from the hotel rate I paid for two nights, the very friendly staff and the cleanliness of my room and hotel as a whole. The location was great for the events I had planned because everything was only within 30 to 40 minutes from hotel.

The only thing I was sad about was the pool not being open yet. My grandson was so looking forward to swimming.

The beds were very comfortable. Room was spacious great size for family

The water wasn't hot hot... okay temperature. Could have been better. Breakfast was alrite, wish they had meat options and fruit options (fresh) strawberries, grapes etc

that they canceled our room before check in without calling or email. they did make it right once we arrived but it was very annoying and rude.

Very nice facilities and room accommodations. Clean and comfortable. Helpful staff.

Construction on exit ramp from Interstate created a virtual rats maze and had The Misfortune of getting struck by a vehicle because of a little bit excessive speed on the recreational Boulevard which led to the accommodations.
