Kasa Legacy Town Center Plano

The area was great, and there were many shopping and eating places close. There was a beautiful park in walking distance and the people were super nice. The 2nd apartment that we were placed was immaculate and really nice. Nice size apartment, the parking was good, being that the garage level led straight to the floor you were on. The amenities were great and the bed was very comfortable. The trip was great, but it didn't start that way.

The reservation started with a studio apartment, but this apartment was not suitable. There were many soiled furniture in this apartment (couch, floor, table). The young lady that assisted us from Kasa, was phenomenal. She was able to get us into another apartment quickly. So, our trip did not start off fantastic, but it ended fantastic.

I loved the ease of getting in and out of the apartment directly from the parking level. The condo was clean and spacious and airy. The property itself was beautiful as well. The master bed was super comfy! The kitchen was well situated and stocked with all we needed.

Pay attention to the check-in instructions! The address they provide just prior will be what you use for navigation and Uber or Lyft. There are two entrances to the garage and you can easily get turned around! haha! Took us about a day, but we finally got it down!

apartment was bright, airy, and generally clean. well equipped kitchen. great appliances (oven, fridge, washing machine etc). very comfortable main bed. good size closet and bathroom. generally, very comfortable. proximity to cinema, restaurants etc. not having keys to worry about!

sofa bed dirty, stained and uncomfortable. would have been helpful to have staff on site to help with any issues that arise. lack of a good supermarket in walking distance.

I liked how easy it was to access everything i.e parking garage, room. it was near a lot of places like restaurants and bars.

The water pressure was low in the shower and kitchen sink. the ceiling fan above the bed did not work.

Really great stay at the property, with good free coffee, and a good location in Plano Village. Everything that you need from stay to feel like at your home. Exceptional check-in technology

Very convenient, clean, all the little details were covered...stevia for coffee, wine opener, bathroom amenities. Nice decor and very comfortable beds. Very easy check in.

Could have used an extra cozy chair in the living room. Description said there was a balcony, but there was not one.

The instructions to open the door were not included. I spent 1 hour talking to Kasa to try to figure this out. A simple statement indicating to first touch the upper part of locker to activate it would have save time. Also wifi password was not included in instructions at check in.

I loved my apartment, the cleanliness of the place, the coffee :) and specially the helpful and friendly team. Everything I needed was provided at the apartment. Overall I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you all.

I liked everything about Kasa.

Amazing property. Family friendly. We got a 2 bedroom unit. It had a wonderful view of the pond. Close to pretty much everything. Very clean and quiet. We stayed for 5 nights. Enough pans and utensils if you want to cook instead of eat out every day. Will definitely stay again.
