Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Frisco Hotel & Convention Center

The hotel was very nice. Lobby and breakfast area was excellent. They have Starbucks and a lounge inside the property. Indoor pool. Four elevators. Between 5:30p.m. to 6:30p.m. they have a "mixer" in the lounge. Our room was VERY nice, big and clean. Checking in and checking out was easy. Parking was $18.00 per night, but was located next to the hotel and very convenient. It is located near the mall area and a lot of restaurants. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.

Our room (310) did have leaky faucets in the kitchen area and bathtub.

I stayed with 2 of my granddaughters (8 yrs old) for our Nana grandbabies weekend which I try to make happen at least once a month. The girls and I love to find things to do, see and participate in, in different towns around our home town as well as places to stay for our "Fun getaway weekends" I love that the girls will have the everlasting memories of these times long after I am gone and I am very appreciative that Hilton, Embassy Suites, provides us with a clean, roomy, fun, safe facility and will also be a part of these wonderful memories! The girls love the pool and size of the rooms and we all love the happy hour snack/drinks, ( soda, juice, water or tea) in the evenings as well as the morning breakfast which is fabulous!! The staff are all genuinely wonderful and professional while assisting us with any of our needs or desires, and I would like to send a shout out and a HUGE Thank You, to each and every one of you!!!

I was unaware that there was a fee for parking and it was a bit pricey per night. There were not any clean towels at the pool, just towels that had already been used by other guests.

It was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle was helpful and the concierge was very nice and friendly. The location was very convenient to our event.

It was very cold in the hotel. Even with 2 hoodies, I was shivering. I'm not sure why they never had the heat on. It was so cold. The breakfast was pretty good, but not much variety. The omelet was good, but the pancakes were cold. The happy hour snacks weren't very good.

I have stayed at this hotel before and my expectations were met. The hotel was 10 minutes from our meeting. And the suites were just as I had expected. Im sure we will stay here again in the future.

Starbucks could have opened earlier. My flight was at 10:30 so I left at 7:50 without my Hot Mocha. Just saying.

The bed was extremely comfortable, I slept quite well, The complimentary breakfast was excellent, The room was sunny it was a suite and we needed that. We came for the Prego Expo from NY as vendors so we did not have a car and the fact that we could walk to certain places and that there was a shuttle service available was wonderful

The Fridge in the room froze everything so we could not drink the water we bought, it would have been nice for the maids to come and clean the room since we were there for more then a day but it was ok we were comfortable and we were able to get clean towels

It was close to every thing.

I requested fresh towels and our bathroom cleaned. The lady that came didn't speak English and didn't clean the tub,I know because there was a towel and soap still in the tub. Whe I called her on it (In Spanish) she just gave me attitude .😒

Everything. Suite was perfect for our family/stay–sitting area with kitchenette and pull out sofa bed. Separate room with bed and bath. Clean rooms. There was a mix up upon check in and our families were assigned to floor 2 and 10. The assistant manager quickly and graciously resolved it and moved us to the same floor. Breakfast was great. Location was great.

Paying $18/night for parking. Should be included in stay.

always enjoy the breakfast and pool. wish they still had hot tubs!

the 2:45 A.M. fire alarm that left everyone stranded in the parking lots for over an hour with no instructions or explanations. paying over $200 to stay the night am not sleep is frustrating.

the spa/jacuzzi/hot tub did not work—I was highly disappointed that the hot tub was out of operation and the pool closed at 10pm;,most hotels close the pool at 11pm—10 people were literally kicked out of the pool area at 10:01pm☹️

Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was great.

Pool was very cloudy. We didn’t get in because it didn’t look right. No one told us that the pool was closed, but it looked like it should have been closed. The pool was the reason why I booked there.
