The breakfast was awesome and I loved that it was included. The staff was really nice and friendly, and even let us swim 30 minutes past pool closing which was a huge help as my kids were dying to swim and we got there just 10 minutes before the pool was supposed to close for the night. The room was clean, I loved all of the extra space and the kitchenette was stocked beyond my expectations. Although we didn't cook there, I did use the knives and cutting board along with some of the other dishes.

I don't understand why they charge for parking. It seemed really unnecessary and was a bit of a hassle.

I don’t where you start! Moving to Texas while waiting for our home to be ready this was our mini home. This hotel is beyond amazing especially for an extended stay. From check in to our entire stay of a week my 3 children and I were treated with so much love and warmth welcome. I can literally say there is NO CONS. PROS: •Continental style buffet breakfast with chef making personalized omelette of your choice and many many many other options (BEST BREAKFAST I’ve ever had at any hotel that’s not a resort, and I travel often to many countries). •Theirs an outside area with a fire side to keep warm and the ambiance is mini resort style •Walking distance to many many great stores, including the mall. •Located in a safe area so you can stroll with ease. •Rooms are very spacious with nice appliances, electric top stove, nice size refrigerator, microwave, breakfast island. •Computer /business corner with printer. •indoor pool Could go on and on but you have to go see for yourself. The accommodations were great the location was exactly what we needed for a family vacation the continental breakfast was awesome all of the staff except for one lady that checked us in were very accommodating.

The only thing that I can tell you that we did not like about this was the first impression that we got from the lady that checked us in was very gruff she did do what we asked but her personality needs some work, everyone else was very pleasant and accommodating

Great centralized location. Clean, large room. Had lots of fun in the pool with our kiddos.

They may have been a bit understaffed. We had two small children and we were very exhausted after a day of travel and our room wasn’t ready until later in the evening. Then We wanted our children to nap before we traveled back home and figuring we were understanding with them pushing our check in back, we would be allowed to let them sleep but no. We were told that we couldn’t stay past 1 without being penalized.

The room was nicely laid out and clean. Bathroom and shower were very clean. I liked how the room was split between a tv space with a long couch, and the beds were seperate from that area. We did not expect a kitchenet so that was a nice surprise. Beds were a little firm, but pillows were comfy. We really enjoyed our stay, and will stay again if in the area.

I found the $10.00 parking charge rather odd, we had one hour from our arrival to register our car, or it would be towed. I can understand if a hotel has a parking garage, but parking was just around the building.

Everything was great but one thing I'll list on bottom half.

The only thing I did not like was the elevator they were slower than life itself it took us the minimum of 5 minutes each time waiting for the elevator to come up or down we're just confusing because it's only six floors we tried the other elevator and it took as well if not longer and when it got down nobody was in there so it's almost like somebody's holding the elevator on some floor forever before it comes down

Everything was great minus the indoor pool. The breakfast was good and the staff were very accommodating. The beds were comfortable and my children enjoyed themselves.

The pool had entirely too much chlorine in it. It was hard to breathe in the pool area. It smelled like someone came in and poured countless bottles of bleach in the pool area. I witnessed four children coughing uncontrollably and two children regurgitate. After that, my children and I immediately left the pool. My son started coughing and throwing up as soon as we left.

Apart from the shower every other aspect was awesome. I loved the fact they cleaned the room everyday. Staffs were great and hotel was clean. The room had all eating utensils though I didn’t need them.

Everything was perfect except for the shower . The water didn’t have a single pressure. It was as if the water wanted to stop.

I enjoy the suites as it has everything I need for a prolonged stay, the rooms are of great size and very clean. The breakfast is always exceptional, with staff always being attentive to our needs. Isaiah was just a welcome sight, with caring and exceptional service! I look forward to my next visit.

I could've used an extra roll of toilet paper as 2 ladies can use quite a bit on a 3 night stay, I had to find the cleaning staff for that. I change of towels on 2nd day would've also been nice, I had to go down to desk and ask for them.

Chef was just wonderful and the omelettes every day were perfect! I had never had quite that service before as well as the beautiful fresh items that were provided! Coffee was ready for us early birds which was also a delight. Every shift of worker at the front desk was just charming and helpful and quickly answered questions or provided services.

There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like. I enjoyed using the exercise room too.
