Quality Inn West Plano - Dallas

The room and bathroom were a great size! The bedroom was very plush with several pillows and heavy covers to keep you warm. There was a great desk that I used to work. The water in shower had np issues with getting nice and hot for a great shower.

I was a bit out off by the amount of people that were standing outside. As a single woman traveling with a child it made me a bit cautious. The towels I wish could have been just a bit bigger and softer. They fit my toddler just right however my normal adult size seemed a bit small and thin.

The staff were very nice. The place was clean and quiet. It made for a good place to rest and sleep between my shifts at work (I work nights). I requested late check out and offered to pay and they were accommodating.

Thought the rooms were very clean, comfy and nice, however it smelled musty. The shower was very hard to turn on.

they put me in a double queen when I asked for a single king bedroom. I forgot my key card in the room and went to the front desk. the person working was kinda rude with trying to help me and kept questioning me what room I was staying in as if I was lying to him.

The price was good for the room it got dark when curtain was shut and there wasn’t no road noise and it was easy to check in and out

Needed a night light of some type in bathroom only because it was nice and dark with curtains closed

the bathroom had a lot of damage. from the peeling paint to the loose toilet seat. Also the room had a weird lemon smell when first arrived. after I turned on the ac it did leave.

Location was perfect for us. It was easy for any traveling we needed to do while in town. Beds were comfy, it was quiet for the most part while we were at the property.

Everything meet my expectations we decided to stay 2 more days. Keep up the good work!!

There was nothing I didn’t like

Good location. Nice clean room. Big bathroom. Included breakfast. Good value.

Picking up trash at least. We did not want changing sheets, which apparently you have to request. So that was good, but at least pick up trash in baskets daily.

The first thing I noticed was the smell quite pleasant. The room was pleasantly appointed. The bed was most comfortable with a pillow top mattress pad and four fluffy pillows. The location was tucked away. The facilities have an elevator and it’s very quiet. There’s a no smoking policy which helps with breathing. The decor is old fashioned like the suggests Inn.

There’s an additional deposit equal to the nightly rate and they promise to return it in 6 days. How about 72 hours instead?

Great stay! The place was comfortable and staff was good. Only complaint was it was bit janky, needs some updates but for the price I cant complain. Overall, you get exactly what you pay for.
