SpringHill Suites Dallas Addison/Quorum Drive

Property was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal etc. Really Enjoyed our stay.

Pool was Extremely packed, because it was so small for the property size. Also, there were NO flyers or Otherwise to Help with what Restaurants and Attractions were available Nearby. This being said, We spent way too much getting Pizza because we didn’t know the area!

The bed was so comfortable, and the Breakfast was good!

Well unfortunately the first room , I had the toilet wasn't working it didn't flush, I went downstairs to tell them, but they didn't have anyone to come fix because no one showed. So I tolerated it for the night. Got up that morning had to go to use it, so I went to remind them it wasn't working. So they said they would send someone. Ok so I went to wait and eat breakfast at 7 to give them time. When I finished eating I checked back to see if it had been fixed. Unfortunately, no. I went back to my room until that Saturday evening then I went back to ask about it again and they decided to give me another room.

Very clean, nice stuff and good location.

Breakfast was advertised as buffet but was only continental and boring. Additional parking fees (really?) and no room service (cleaner).

Easy to get where I needed to go. All things worked in the gym (a rarity for some chain hotels). Comfy bed. Free parking. Interesting room layout. Quiet! I didn't hear a peep through the walls or from outside.

Cleanliness - a leftover pube in the bathtub was not a great welcome gift. Bulky wine/beer machine in the front didn't work--would have been neat. Gym didn't have much in the way of accouterments (like balance balls) but not a huge deal.

The Front Desk Personnel were great, and very friendly. The elevator was slow. Other than that I enjoyed my stay there. Breakfast was very good. The room was good, and comfortable. Very easy to get in and out of, when you were ready to leave, and go running around. I would stay there again.

There was plenty of room for our 6 people on our 3 bed Suite. The breakfast was good. My kids loved the Texas shaped waffles.

The midshift guy had an attitude and told us they didn't have any pillows for our kids who were on the pull out. He also told our friend that was with us that we had to many people (6) in a 6 person room and they were all accounted for in the reservation. Super rude guy.

The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable including the pillows. I loved the safe clean neighborhood. Downtown was only a 10-15 minute drive, but worth the drive to be in a quiet area with light traffic.

Only one elevator worked, but it was not an issue at all. Saturday breakfast was super busy and there was a bit of a wait as the one breakfast worker tried her best to refill all items. The breakfast was very good with a variety of options.

I like that the rooms were clean and a decent size to accommodate my family and I.

I didn't like that there was no house keeping. We were in the room for 4 days 3 nights and house keeping didn't come one time!! When I asked the house keeping lady to clean my room she said no she couldn't do it and I had to ask the front desk person. When I went to the front desk the lady told me house keeping couldn't come, but they would come the next day. When the next day came nobody showed up to clean the room... that is ridiculous!! I also didn't like that you have to pay for parking at this hotel, where the hotel is located at it just doesn't make any sense.

The receptionist was alone at check in and had a line of ppl. He was african American. Sorry For description! I didn’t get his name but The most professional man working under stress! I mentioned to him that he was doing such a great job and needed help. He didn’t show he did just wanted to make a sweet comment. Everything was very excellent!
