La Quinta Inn by Wyndham San Antonio Vance Jackson

The front desk workers were very nice and friendly. The guy in front held a conversation and was funny good customer service. I also was glad we were able to get another room after our tv didn’t work in the first room. Pool was very relaxing ! Also starbucks is right next door so it’s a plus for the coffee lovers

I’d say the only thing was the second room I got transferred to the blow dryer didn’t work, and the water didn’t get warm at all in the shower, but hey cold water is suppose to be good for you.

The breakfast was really good and a variety of cereal and food to choose from it was perfect for our family .

We didn't like the am staff working the lobby we greeted then and got no response as they were just sitting around and on their personal cell phones not paying attention to the customers only doing their jobs once their manager arrived into the lobby for work then they wanted to work and help guests and be friendly .We found then to be very unprofessional.

Cleanliness, well mannered, good people, and especially their loyalty to their customers, I'm from the rgv and we traveled to San Antonio for a concert my daughter accidentally forgot her jewelry while we made it back home. I called the hotel the next morning they had found and saved it for us, my cousin lives in San Antonio and had him pick it up.. Thank you so much for your loyalty God bless you.

The receptionist that greeted me was very welcoming and valued me as not just a guest but made me feel honored to chose La Quinta

The receptionist at checkout time was rude ASF and not just to me but all that were in lobby at the time acting like she ran the place don't she realize she's working for someone who owns all La Quinta locations ...Sorry sis but your not Head Honcho Boss she almost makes me not want to check into this location anymore

second night I had someone knock on door and I looked out some guy wondering around look like a crowbar and he came back second time . front desk was quick to respond but I had trouble going to sleep .. but one thing I told them they need to fix weather stripping all around door you could see light all around it and made me feel like it wouldn’t take much to pop door open it look loose if that makes since. I took pictures of it .

Location was good right off the highway and close to the Walmart, fast-food and gas stations. So my family and I had plenty of choices to choose from. Even close to a post office 😃.

Pool closed at ten ice machine didn't work so had to go upstairs and get ice so a lil of a inconvenience and the ac wasn't cooling very well the first night but think the bed was to close to the ac so it wasn't cooling the room down but once I moved it the room started to cool very quickly overall had a great stay. Would stay again.

We love the fact that booking & check in were so easy after a long drive. The room also had dark curtains so that we could rest after driving all night. The rooms were big and spacious; the touch-bright lights in the bathroom dressing area gave this place a "fancy" ambiance; the grounds and pool were clean and manicured; lots of space to park

As soon as I walked in the gentleman greeted me with a smile.. He was very helpful. I didn't have my glasses and he went above and beyond to help me. He was very friendly and patient.. He handed me my room key 160 and told me where to go and if I needed anything else to feel free to let him know.. Thank you for the quiet and relaxing stay.. Room was very clean and stocked . THANK YOU STAFF..

I like that I was able to check in at 7 am the morning I was suppose to check in at 3 aclock but the property owners were more then accommodating and allow me to check in earlier then expected

I didn't like that they gave a key to a person who is a distant friend who was just suppose to just pay my room and go and came back to the hotel around noon and requested a key and it was giving to him without my permission

Nice and clean love the quietness . Fast and easy booking. Ice machines worked and pool was nice and clean open for service.

2nd floor. A little too far from we’re I travel small breakfast area crowded area. Better parking . Tv is too small
