I loved the King sized bed!!! Very comfortable!!!
Refrigerator door wouldn't s close... The freezer was frozen over and wouldn't let the door close. I turned temperature down on refrigerator and it defrosted. I tried calling the front desk right after I discovered it but, no one answered... I tried using ice machine, it didnt work. The coffee maker in the room didnt work properly...I had to keep pushing it on, it kept stopping.

Breakfast was more of a snack to go with the coffee, but it sufficed. Low noise level was low for being close to a heavy traffic area. The king sealy posturepedic bed was very comfortable but the pillows were flat. The lobby was well maintained and the front desk clerks, Shelby and Jessica made our arrival and stay pleasant.
No matter if it is a budget or high end hotel, attention to details can be very beneficial. Our room could have used a little more TLC. The tv was too small for the size of the room and the quality of the cable service was poor. Carpet stains were a little a unsightly. Flat pillows.

The lady at the counter was so nice and polite. I had a bad experience at another hotel and then went to your hotel. She was understanding, compassionate and I feel like she really listened and cared. 😃
