Comfort Inn & Suites Temple

The breakfast was delicious and they cleaned my room nicely. Also thank you for leaving things that I left on the table. The front desk people were very attentive friendly and respectful.

The swimming pool. I was hoping to swim after my conferences or in the morning. I know you are working on remodeling but this should be said on the web page so that we do not expect the use of that facility.

We were VERY comfortable! The facilities were exceptionally clean, and the staff was tremendously friendly, professional, and attentive to our needs. The bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious and offered a lot of options.

The pool and workout areas were being refurbished, so we were not able to use them. However, we look forward to returning at a later date to use them, as we have great confidence that it will be well done, as are all other aspects of the hotel.

The beds where very comfortable the pillow where so soft. The sheets where so soft i have very sensitive skin the sheets and bedding where wonderful breakfast was delicious lots of choices

The only thing the bathroom room door wouldn't lock. But that didn't really bother me.

The staff was great at helping me because booking. Com Messed up my Reservation.

Nothing as far as the property. Inwint use booking. Com again though. They withdrew my money but put it down so the hotel could not access the Money until after noon the NEXT day! I had to deal with all of that when I arrived at the hotel. Thankfully, I was at a hotel that the staff had patience, or I would have been without a room.

Breakfast was great Staff was friendly and helpful Great location for several things in the area

Their pool was not work Their hot tub was not working Their gym was not working All of these were reasons we wanted to stay there.

It was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Also, my sister and I both left our dresses in the closet and they called to let me know. Not all hotels do that for you.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the questions that was asked about the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The stay was great! I will surely stay again.

Very clean, even in the middle of a remodel.

I got a great on-line rate last week, and I will need a room every Tuesday for the next 5 weeks for work. I asked if they would approve the same rate and book me for the proceeding weeks. I was told they could not keep the same rate ($63 vs $79), but i was welcome to look on-line, so I did...and went with another hotel for $79. At that point, it was the principle of the matter. She could have at least verified with a manager. It was not full this week or last week, based on the parking lot, nor is it on a weekend. Also, advertises breakfast, but they don't even offer a simple, sack option. Other hotels have recently offered a piece of fruit, cereal bar or yogurt in a take-out sack. Morning staff was very friendly.

The Employees were always respectful n kind willing n understanding...Always had a friendly smile greeting coming in n leaving hotel

Only thing that sucked was pool was closed but we understood why

The bed was really nice and the room always smelled good. The breakfast was good and they have Really Good apple juice!
